Roger and Paul came out to inspect wasps/bees going in and out of wall holes into cavity - they were quick to respond and were very efficient. They have given us reassurance and also inspected the loft to ensure no issues. They were very friendly and helpful and no question was a stupid one. highly recommended! will defo use in future if any issues. :-)

Rodger responded to us very quickly after I had contacted him. He came out promptly, was extremely helpful and efficient, started the treatment immediately and returned with his son, Paul, a couple of days later to complete removal of the old bird's nest, which was the source of the problem. He also established the point of entry of the birds to our loft space and bird proofed it with wire. He supplied us with an excellent service, explained everything to us and did it all for a very reasonable price, all in all a very rare experience these days! Rodger and his son were friendly, helpful, and reassuring all the way through from the moment I first contacted Rodger in a bit of a panic, to the final visit, and they were both very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Both Roger and Paul Bennett of "United Dorset Pest Control" were very swift to respond to our request for help despite this request being made over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Paul (who lives in Dorchester) quickly found the rat's hiding place in the gas cooker (which we had failed to find despite a thorough search) and the very next day both he and his father Rodger (who lives 9 miles away in Weymouth) teased the rat out and dispatched it instantly. They cleaned up meticulously after this and Paul called in to check all was well two days later as the despatched rat may not have been the only one. Their friendly and humorous manner was both reassuring and pleasant and the manner and speed with which they addressed the situation was most professional and competent. My partner's understandable and worrying concerns at the situation were immediately relieved and we would use this company again if we were unlucky enough to have a similar situation in the future. Their fee, which I fully expected to be more than it was because of the holiday period in which they had been summoned, was most reasonable and I would unhesitatingly recommend them for any issue to do with pest control.

Rodger and Paul carried out work at my property to prevent pigeons roosting under my solar panels. My job presented a challenge as the panels were not close coupled where there was a big gap between each row of panels, but they overcame the problem with ease and made a very professional looking job. I am very grateful for their swift service which was clean and tidy not made easy in the cold, high winds and rain which interfered with their schedules. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a cowl to go on a chimney pot as recently a bird fell down the pot and was trapped. They were good enough to seek out a cowl and fit it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for this service.

I contacted Roger on Thursday afternoon regarding a swarm of wasps in the office, we spoke about the course of action on the phone, and he came round to the office first thing on Friday morning. After a knowledgeable conversation about wasps and his own Beehive just up the road (lots of Honey talk as the business is called Honey Asset Finance) he got to action. He was tidy in his work and ensured that nothing of ours was covered in the powder used to remove them. After he was done, he reassured us that if they came back, he would pop into the office to take another look at them. He even called me up on Tuesday morning to get an update on the situation. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone who is in need of pest control. He was professional, likeable and incredibly knowledgeable on the wasps. 5/5 stars for Roger - could not praise him enough.

Roger was absolutely wonderful and as good as his word. Answered phone quickly and understood the problem; explained how he could help and the cost. We contacted Rodger to deal with a wasps nest which had developed behind some rotting cladding we were waiting to be replaced. After contacting he visited within the hour to deal with the nest. Unfortunately it was raining so hard Rodger was concerned that the powder would get damp and clog and not be so effective so he promised to return when the weather was not quite so bad. As promised, he returned later and dealt with the nest later in the afternoon. I am pleased to say all is done with the added guarantee that if we see any signs of further wasps in the nest he will return at no extra cost to retreat. I have no hesitation in recommending United Dorset Pest Control and they will be my first call should I need them again.

Rodger arrived within 24 hours calling him. He set up and immediately applied himself to the task of spraying the hornets nest with a clever long reach spray kit explaining that it's hard to run when you're up a ladder. He was very efficient and it was all over in the space of 10 minutes. Roger offered to return the following day if the nest was still active but was it proved not to be necessary. Very cheerful and knowledgeable. Five stars as far as I'm concerned.

Rodger Bennett of United Dorset Pest Control was recommended to me to install a protection system on my newly bought house in Bridport. So i contacted him & he visited my house very quickly to give me his expert advice & to give me a quote on how to stop birds nesting on my roof. I was so impressed with his service, i engaged him to do the work. He did this really quickly by installing Gull Spikes. I thought his service was brilliant in every way & highly recommend his service to anyone in the future. He is very professional in every way & very reasonable for his services. All in all an exceptional businessman.

Rodger was with us less than 24 hours after we called him and is an expert on fleas (and almost everything else I reckon). I had had a very nasty reaction to the bites and he did a complete spray of everywhere and told us to keep in touch. In fact Rodger did a very regular check-in with us and even came again and we are finally vacuuming our carpets. He is an incredibly kind man and it was a pleasure working with him. With so much travel nowadays it's not surprising we have unwelcome guests, fleas, bed bugs and others. During a changeover we need fast efficient resolutions. Rodger has produced these on each occasion with no disturbance to our guests. On occasions it's not just one visit but Rodger is persistent until he's resolved the problem. He's also taught me much about avoiding problems. He NEVER leaves a job until he's sure he's resolved the problem. Takes a lot of worry off a homeowner's shoulders

Eliminated our Rodent problem swiftly and efficiently, returned to check how treatment was working and returned again to pronounce us clear of rodents. Rang us to check that we were clear of rodents.
