I spent a good deal of time thoroughly researching the companies before I even had anyone out to quote for my new windows and doors. I had 5 quotes in total. Vantage price wise were in the middle however, in every other measurable way they were absolutely miles ahead of all the other companies we had out. On reading their reviews, the company almost sounded too good to be true. However, after experiencing the whole process firsthand, I have to say this company is excellent in every way! The quality of the materials, the product and workmanship were easily better than the other companies I had out and value for money was first class. The guys cleared up and left the job extremely neat and tidy which was great as well. I have high standards so I’m not easy to please. I give this company top marks in every area. Would highly recommend.

We shopped around and was so pleased with Vantage. The no nonsense approach great quality products and extreme value for money. From our first visit to discuss what we wanted then onto a visit to the showroom it was such an outstanding professional service. With gratitude and many thanks to Danny and Scott. They fitted our three doors and have done an outstanding job to a very high standard. They were so professional, polite and constantly tiding up after themselves. They worked so hard and never stopped till the job was completed. They were very knowledgeable and experienced in what they were doing. Kept us informed and answered our questions with confidence. They are a great credit to the company and I’m sure the other members of staff are all the same. I would not hesitate to ask to use your Vantage again or recommend them to others. Vantage supplied and fitted a couple of windows and doors at our office. From start to finish ,the professionalism and efficiency from everyone we dealt with at Vantage means that we will not go anywhere else for doors or windows in future. We felt valued as a customer by Ernie, the fitters came at the arranged time, were quick, efficient and friendly and left the office spotless. We recommend them regularly.

So from the very start with Ernie both my wife and I knew that we would use Vantage Windows and Doors to install and fit our windows at our home. Ernie is a true professional when it comes to the process of explaining how the install will go. The installation was amazing and the team where bang on time with no fuss. Left the place super clean once windows where installed and the lads had fantastic banter, a true pleasure to deal with and will 100% use Vantage Windows and Doors again. Outstanding

I was aware of Vantage windows, but first thought was they would probably be more than I hoped to spend, as the social media was on point and I was aware of the multiple awards…so certainly aiming to be a premium brand. Finally at a family gathering, windows came up and 2 friends said that the would never use anyone other than “Vantage” and I should stop wasting my time. So appointment made, Ernie arrives measures up, talks me through options and promises a simple no hassle quote, no pressure sales, no discount if I sign today nonsense…. Exactly how it should be, advised if I am happy with quote, visit showroom and we can view some of our choices before accepting. As promised quote comes across leaving it very much in my hands, no pressure sales…. And to my surprise, smashed the usual big brands on cost, in fact was on par with some sole trader recommendations I had, yet I had a reputable company, showroom and product I could review, and have confidence I would have someone to talk to should an issue arise. Dave and Dave done our fitting, great team, worked hard and looked after the place and left the place tidy, we changed our mind on sill option on 2 windows mid fit and it was no hassle at all to vantage or the fitters. 2 days completed the house and only after final walkthrough and inspection did I have to part with a single penny. No deposit shows confidence in product and service. I now have a door arranged for my Mums house.

This is the second time we have used Vantage Windows (once in the old flat and now that we have moved into our new home). On both occasions, Ernie and his team took care of everything from advice, measurements and fitting. On initial visit I asked Ernie to price me for windows for the full home and a front and back door. He informed me that the back door we had was fairly new and that, if he was to fit a new door, it would be of no real value to me. This gives you an idea of the character of the company you are dealing with, they are all about doing what is right for the customer. After giving me a quote, we then visited the show room to see the windows and door first hand, this allowed us to make some adjustments to colour and style. We then had the fitting date arranged, where the team turned up on time, worked in a clean and friendly manner (we were working from the house at the time) and complete the work ahead of schedule and to a very height standard. I would recommend the company to anyone who was considering getting new windows or doors. They are honest, reliable and good value and from previous experience the products last. Thanks again

David & David the fitters were so professional 13 windows completed in two days ,nothing was a bother to them and they had a great work ethic cleaning up after them . Would certainly recommend this company .

Following on from great service in having a patio door and windows installed by Vantage Windows and Doors we have just had a new front door installed.Yet again great service, workmanship and quality.Would highly recommend this company.

I had windows installed to the back of my house last year. The whole process from the original quote to the installation was pretty straightforward. The installation itself was completed by early afternoon. The manufacturer had supplied the wrong glass for my bathroom window but once I pointed this out, the correct glass was requested and glass replaced in a timely manner. The windows are of a high quality and I am very pleased with them. The team at Vantage are very friendly and on the day of installation once the work was complete, some of the team even took time to keep my dog entertained while I was inspecting the finished installation.

The experience with Vantage started on their website and went through to completion. Looking for a ballpark figure, unlike the nationals, Vantage has a quick cost estimator. That was all i needed to call. The consultation process, being in a Conservation area, was thorough and had the options I needed for the planning application. Once the delivery date was set, then was a reminder and then work started as planned. The fitting crew of 2 were polite but sociable and took an interest in the property too. They carried out the replacement of 16 unit whilst we were working from home, working around our requirement and completing a fantastic job in 2 1/2 days. During that time there were extremely heave rain and hail showers, but the team just got on with it! We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Vantage across all aspects of the job. Well done to the Team!

Can't recommend Vantage highly enough. Hugely professional from start to finish - great communication, prompt to respond, came for appointments for quotes, measurements etc and to carry out work exactly when they said they would and the fitter was brilliant - even did a fantastic job of clearing up. Plus I am delighted with my door and window!

I am very glad we found Ernie and Vantage Windows & Doors. My previous experience of trying to find quality sash and case windows was infuriating. The quotes were never accurate and the final prices would be astronomical. I was really impressed with the estimation tool on the website and how accurate it was when we got the final price from Ernie. Ernie was great at providing us advice and different options we could choose from. He was always super quick in getting back in contact and no question went unanswered. After placing the order we were given and installation date which was 100% accurate. On installation day Davie & Davie arrived promptly at the stated time and went to work. I cannot be more complimentary about their work ethic and the quality of craftsmanship. They managed to remove 6 old sash and case windows and a door and replace all with new in one day and tidied up as they went along. The job they left was exceptional. The final product is fantastic. Our neighbours were all impressed with the work and the quality. We have ranted and raved so much to them all two of our neighbours have now had Ernie round for a quote and have placed their orders. I would recommend Vantage Windows & Doors to anyone looking for great quality products with excellent customer service.

Job: Twenty six Victorian style sash and case UPVC windows. Two security double glazing doors. One plane UPVC window. All individual custom sizes. I'm a pedantic, skeptical, perfectionist and couldn't be happier with the job. The product, installation, customer service and communication have all been fantastic. Ernie was transparent and informative the whole way through the process with no pushy sales nonsense and gave us an indicative quote, after discussing all our options. The surveyor Brian explained the job in more detail and we then received a detailed fixed price quotation. The installation team were incredible, talked us through parts of the job we didn't understand and their workmanship was second to none. I highly recommend Vantage windows.

Absolutely delighted with my new front and side door fitted by Vantage Windows. The end result is better than I could have imagined. Honestly I can't fault the team at Vantage, from start to finish the service has been amazing. Ernie came out & measured up a couple of days after I called, no messing about or drawn out sales pitch, just a straight forward very competitive price, he even gave really good advice on some of my initial choices which resulted in the job costing less. Some last minute changes by me & a revised quote was with me an hour later which I accepted & was informed lead time was around 8-9 weeks (I was sceptical but the windows & doors at the showroom looked great). A week later I had a fit date & it was exactly 8 weeks away, the team got in touch in the lead up to confirm everything was still on schedule. A week before fitting, my son got chicken pox, some of the fitters had never had it so it meant the job wouldn't be able to go ahead, Ernie called & a new date for the following week was given which was amazing. On fitting day the team were very polite, happy to answer all my questions & had dust sheets or rubber mats everywhere. Jobs like this are messy it can't be avoided but they cleaned up everything, literally a couple of hours dusting by me & the house was spotless. Fitters even showed me some other changes they could make to provide a better look (they were right). Small damage to roughcast as it was over old windows so couldn't be avoided, Ernie had warned me it was a possibility but was minimal. Windows look great as does the door. Would use Vantage again 100%

Contract was to supply and fit 12 windows and 3 doors, one of which was a bi-fold door. Communications pre-installation were excellent, including a very useful visit to the showroom where we were able to inspect the windows and doors were were getting. During the visit we were given advice about the types of options available - particularly useful when it came to choosing the type of finish for the glass in the bathroom window. Installation was over 2 days, with the work being carried out very methodically and efficiently by a very courteous team. Installing the bi-fold doors proved to be a challenge, but the team managed to do so successfully. unfortunately there was a manufacturing error with one of the panels - a mark on the inside - which will need to be replaced. When contacted about this problem, Ernie responded almost immediately and has arranged for a replacement. I have every confidence this will carried out satisfactorily. I am happy to recommend Vantage windows to any future customers.

We had 7 large windows fitted to our first floor apartment. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently. The job was first class and done in a day,they even hoovered up after. They were very pleasant & friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We used Vantage to replace the front door and windows in our bungalow and are very glad we did. The ordering process, fitting and final results were all excellent and we are delighted with the result. In our experience, the statements made on Vantage's website and their very positive reviews are fully justified. Before ordering we visited Vantage's showroom in Bellshill and met Ernie Rea, their CEO. That visit gave us a lot of confidence in the company's approach. We received a preliminary estimate based on photos of the job which was amended by their surveyor (not salesman) a week or so later. That was the final price. We placed the order and got a fairly quick installation date very shortly afterward. Vantage kept in touch throughout. The fitters turned up on time and did the job fully in one day. The quality of the work was first class and they left the place absolutely clean. Only at the end of the fitting were we asked for payment which we did by card. We are delighted we used Vantage. The door and windows are exactly what we wanted and perfectly installed. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had new front and back doors fitted and can not fault the service from Abbie, Stephanie and the fitting team .The surveyor turned up on schedule and was very efficient and friendly as was the fitting team. they turned up on time and completed the work in a very professional manner, leaving the house tidy. I would certainly recommend Vantage Windows.
