Honestly I can't fault the team at Vantage, from start to finish the service has been amazing. Ernie came out & measured up a couple of days after I called, no messing about or drawn out sales pitch, just a straight forward very competitive price, he even gave really good advice on some of my initial choices which resulted in the job costing less. Some last minute changes by me & a revised quote was with me an hour later which I accepted & was informed lead time was around 8-9 weeks (I was sceptical but the windows & doors at the showroom looked great). A week later I had a fit date & it was exactly 8 weeks away, the team got in touch in the lead up to confirm everything was still on schedule. A week before fitting, my son got chicken pox, some of the fitters had never had it so it meant the job wouldn't be able to go ahead, Ernie called & a new date for the following week was given which was amazing. On fitting day the team were very polite, happy to answer all my questions & had dust sheets or rubber mats everywhere. Jobs like this are messy it can't be avoided but they cleaned up everything, literally a couple of hours dusting by me & the house was spotless. Fitters even showed me some other changes they could make to provide a better look (they were right). Small damage to roughcast as it was over old windows so couldn't be avoided, Ernie had warned me it was a possibility but was minimal. Windows look great as does the door. Would use Vantage again 100%

Contract was to supply and fit 12 windows and 3 doors, one of which was a bi-fold door. Communications pre-installation were excellent, including a very useful visit to the showroom where we were able to inspect the windows and doors were were getting. During the visit we were given advice about the types of options available - particularly useful when it came to choosing the type of finish for the glass in the bathroom window. Installation was over 2 days, with the work being carried out very methodically and efficiently by a very courteous team. Installing the bi-fold doors proved to be a challenge, but the team managed to do so successfully. unfortunately there was a manufacturing error with one of the panels - a mark on the inside - which will need to be replaced. When contacted about this problem, Ernie responded almost immediately and has arranged for a replacement. I have every confidence this will carried out satisfactorily. I am happy to recommend Vantage windows to any future customers.

We had 7 large windows fitted to our first floor apartment. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently. The job was first class and done in a day,they even hoovered up after. They were very pleasant & friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We used Vantage to replace the front door and windows in our bungalow and are very glad we did. The ordering process, fitting and final results were all excellent and we are delighted with the result. In our experience, the statements made on Vantage's website and their very positive reviews are fully justified. Before ordering we visited Vantage's showroom in Bellshill and met Ernie Rea, their CEO. That visit gave us a lot of confidence in the company's approach. We received a preliminary estimate based on photos of the job which was amended by their surveyor (not salesman) a week or so later. That was the final price. We placed the order and got a fairly quick installation date very shortly afterward. Vantage kept in touch throughout. The fitters turned up on time and did the job fully in one day. The quality of the work was first class and they left the place absolutely clean. Only at the end of the fitting were we asked for payment which we did by card. We are delighted we used Vantage. The door and windows are exactly what we wanted and perfectly installed. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had new front and back doors fitted and can not fault the service from Abbie, Stephanie and the fitting team .The surveyor turned up on schedule and was very efficient and friendly as was the fitting team. they turned up on time and completed the work in a very professional manner, leaving the house tidy. I would certainly recommend Vantage Windows.

I contacted Vantage windows after reading the reviews of the company as I was arranging the work for my mothers property. Ernie initially visited the property to survey and speak to my mother to explain the options available, Ernie was polite, courteous and not at all pushy, no hard sell. Ernie sent the quotes to me via email and to my mother via post. The quotes were very reasonable and timescale given for install date good. We were kept up to speed with the process and a reminder email and text sent a week before the fitting date. On the day of the install the two fitters (father and son) who attended could not have been better, they looked after my mothers property, kept her informed of how the job was going to be done and worked hard to get it done same day. My mother could not have been more pleased with service and the final outcome. Vantage windows reviews were the reason we opted for using them, the reviews are correct. Highly recommended.

We had nine windows and three exterior doors fitted over two days. One of which, was a bay window. Prior to this we were able to go to their excellent showroom where Ernie was able to teach us so much, which helped us to make the right choices. We could see that the products are top quality. The installation went very well. David and David were on time and very courteous. They worked like trojans and kept us up to date with what was happening and consulted us on what we would like where there were different options. The difference the windows and doors made in the house was unbelievable. They were so expertly fitted it exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy we chose Vantage.

Three windows and front door replaced. From first visit to the last was great customer service, fast response & courteous and polite team. Finished the job in less time than I imagined they would and the house was spotless upon fitters leaving. Still receiving communication afterwards and requesting feedback on the fit which is a sign of a good company.

We had all our windows in our top floor tenement flat replaced. Vantage done an absolutely excellent job. Every single person I dealt with was so nice and professional. The windows themselves are fantastic. I expect very high standards and Vantage delivered on every level. Thank you all so much.

After much debate about which company to ask to fit our new door, my husband and chose Vantage. Ernie came to explain the process and looked at what type of door would best suit us. He was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. We were then invited by Ernie to visit the showroom to discuss finer details and ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Again we did not feel under any sales pressure. The door was duly measured and we were ready for action as soon as all the materials were in stock. The big day arrived. Obviously, we were a bit apprehensive as to how this would go. We need not have worried. Davy, Gary and David arrived at 9.00 as arranged. They introduced themselves and befriended our over-eager dogs and put them (the dogs) at ease. The work was carried out efficiently and with the least possible interruption to us. They also fitted a chain at our request and suggested new doorbell choices. Everything was explained as necessary. When the job was completed everything was cleared up and we were given advice as how to open and close the door efficiently and the correct way to use the keys - this was more helpful than one might imagine! Last but not least, throughout this whole process, I had several calls to Abbie in the office with any questions or doubts I had. She was always friendly and helpful and my worries were always resolved. Thank you. we love our new front door, both inside and outside. The difference it has made to the heat in our hall is amazing!

Used this company 3 years ago and was more than happy with new windows, so when I moved house recently and needed new windows & doors I did not even go to another company I phoned vantage for a quote Ernie came out and measured up and priced up & all fitted yesterday and today and yet again what a fantastic job with a great price, the fitters were also really friendly and helpful, every step was completed to the highest standard and would recommend to everyone without hesitation, well done Ernie and team

Vantage Windows has done a fantastic job installing our new double glazed windows. The team was really great and cheerful – and so quick and tidy! The glass doesn’t have a single imperfection. In our previous experience with another company, we had to argue with the fitters and manufacturers over long scratches and major imperfections in the glass panes and overall shoddy work, and we ended up getting more than half of the panes replaced! This has been such a stress-free and easy experience in comparison. Big thank you to Vantage Windows for such a good job.

We had a new kitchen window installed last year and were so pleased with it that we have just had a couple of others replaced. Both times the team were efficient, punctual and courteous, the work was done well and what little mess they made was cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleased with the service and the windows.

Wow, what a super job! From start to finish, everything was done with such professionalism. From the initial visit to the surveyor’s visit to the actual labour itself, every person involved went above and beyond to make sure I was happy & satisfied with the job. The windows & doors are beautiful and I would highly recommend Vantage Windows & Doors if you are considering getting yours replaced. This is the 2nd time I have used this company - the first time in 2019 in my last house. I just knew I had to hire them again. A truly fantastic job. 10/10.

Got my full house done. ALL Windows and external doors replaced. Fab job. Couldn't be happier with Ernie and his team of fitters. They completed the works in the agreed time frame of 2 days and the difference in my house is unbelievable. Deffinetly recommend.

Fantastic advice to start with, then high quality product and finally professional team to do the job. Turned up on time and done a fantastic job and cleaned and tidy up after that. It’s hard where to start. 10 sash windows put in an old property. We’ve done a lot of renovation so we can compare service. Vantage don’t compare, they exceed in every respect. No pressure selling just honest and great advice. They were still half the price of one “traditional” gazing company. Patience and help to ensure we got we wanted was amazing. Installation could only be described as faultless, guys were friendly professional helpful diligent and didn’t leave a spec of dust behind them. Work rate was something to behold. I wouldn’t so much recommend VANTAGE as question why anyone would ever wish to consider someone else We will be getting a door done soon. We won’t look at any alternatives.

I used Vantage to replace all my windows in a Glasgow tenement flat and couldn't recommend them highly enough. I discovered them on the Which? site. Not only was their quote the most competitive, the customer service was fantastic from the beginning to the end of my experience with them. The windows are fabulous and it has made such a difference to the look of my property, and to my sleep. It was so much quieter, I spent the first few days wondering where the rest of the world had gone! Ernie and Abbie were a delight to deal with and so professional. The fitter was also a joy to deal with and was courteous and thoughtful. As I'd had a bad experience previously with another company, it made such a difference to find Vantage. As I said, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Needed to get 11 wooden framed windows and 3 doors replaced. Shopped around and obtained 4 separate quotes. I don’t particularly like haggling over price, and asked each supplier to visit, measure up and provide the best estimate. Vantage replied quickly and submitted one of the best quotes (around half the price of the most expensive one) and didn’t require an upfront deposit (the others wanted 10-30% of the final price before commencing work). I was also invited to view their range of products in their small showroom to ensure I’d be happy with my final selection. This whole process was surprisingly straightforward with excellent communication and absolutely no pressure selling. The installation of the doors and windows was equally impressive. Three of Vantage’s tradesmen arrived on time and worked efficiently, carrying out the complete installation over 2 days, with little fuss and no mess. I made payment only after a final inspection of each door and window to ensure the fit and finish was to a high standard. In summary, it was a pleasure to deal with Vantage. No sales pitch. No pressure selling. Very competitive price. No upfront deposit required. High-quality work. Great communication. Shouldn’t all traders be like that? Thoroughly recommended.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic job Doug and Colin did yesterday at my Mum and Dad’s house. Not only were they professional but they were organised, caring and respectful of our situation, I now realise we didn’t have anything to worry about. Ernie, the owner, came out to discuss our preferences and was so friendly and helpful to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Our detailed quote arrived within 4-5 hours! The fitting team led by David arrived early for job and were superb from start to finish. They were so friendly and helpful, ensuring they worked around us ( 2 young kids and a dog) which made everything so much easier. They talked us through each install ensuring we got the best finish on all of the windows & doors. They cleaned every single room as they went along and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. David even refitted the brackets for all of our blinds to make things easier for us! Would recommend Vantage to anyone considering new windows or doors. Top class service!
