We asked three companies to quote for a replacement boiler. Only Russ from 'Warm for Life' spent time discussing our specific needs and priorities, and the pros and cons of various options, and then gave us time to make a decision. Once we had finalised our choices we were sent a clear quotation within hours (another company took two weeks!) and given a mutually convenient date to undertake the work within two weeks. The work was carried out over two days (because we had opted for a number of other improvements) - the team arrived on time, were friendly, tidy and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I have used Warm for Life for several years when I have required a plumber. This year they replaced my combi boiler. I was given several options of how to proceed from fixing my old boiler to full replacement and there was no pressure to choose a new installation. I felt able to trust their advice. Installation was carried out quickly and included re-siting the flue which was also done carefully and finished well. I am now using their monthly payment plan to keep the new boiler serviced.

Russ came to give me a quote and throughout the time he spent with me he was very professional and listened to what I had in mind - a new combi-boiler, shower, thermostats on the radiators and remove an old gas fire. He gave me sound advice and explained what would need to be carried out. The quote was competitive with other firms. He is also ex HM Forces and so am I, which I think goes along way. On the day of installation, his team of 4 men (which included himself and his company partner) arrived promptly and were very professional throughout the day. They protected the floors, stairs and ensured that the environment was safe to work in. They worked exceedingly hard all day. The team spirit was amazing; it appeared they enjoyed their work and had a good working relationship. They left my property tidy and Russ explained how to work the new boiler and shower. I believe they are worth their weight in gold; it is quite rare to find a small firm with such a high standards. Thank you Russ and Mark

The installation was very complex and challenging due to the limited spaces in our house where a boiler could be fitted, but Russ and the team did an excellent job, we were very satisfied with the work carried out

Russ and co initially came out to check my boiler to see why my heating and hot water had stopped working. They pinpointed the problem quickly (as well as a couple of other things that were wrong) and explained the issue clearly. When it came down to a decision between fixing the current (old) boiler or replacing it, they provided me with several options, but didn’t pressure me one way or the other. When I decided on a total replacement job, they were able to get me booked in quickly and arrived very promptly on the day. The work was completed quicker than expected and the new system was explained clearly, as well as their various service programmes. Would definitely recommend Warm for Life and will certainly be making use of their servicing options in the future!

My boiler had broken. Russell and the team were super quick with coming out, quoting and uninstalling. I received expert advice, got everything I wanted and more within my quote, which was very competitive. The team that came to install were extremely friendly, helpful, informative and exceptionally tidy. I have a fantastically efficient boiler, state of the art controls to regulate my heating. I couldn't be happier. To then receive a bouquet of flowers a week later to thank me for my business just absolutely astounded me. I would recommend warm for life to all my family and friends. Installation was speedy and tidily done. Neat pipework. Liaised with us to find best ways of making alterations to ensure compliance with new current regulations. Time and effort spent on configuring the Evohome system to suit our requirements, and also to ensure it was working properly. A good job.

The Warm for Life team did an outstanding job, were very careful in our home and installed the new boiler in one day when our old system had broken down.
