I would highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs. All of the staff who have dealt with our house move have been amazing. From the office staff to the packers and removal men themselves they all offered a profession 1st class service. They made the whole process straightforward and transparent unlike other local firms, there are no hidden changers with We move. What you pay is the price quoted which is both reassuring and refreshing in a highly competitive market. The last thing you need is more stress on an already stressful moving day and these guys take all the stress out of it. Big shout out to Jordan and Reece for their excellent communication and timely responses to any question I had. To Ed who expertly packed all of our belongings which made it to the new house in perfect condition and a huge thank you to Keith, Chris and Kai who handled the move on the day. We had pleasure to meet this amazing crew about a month ago when we were moving. All gentlemans were excellent, very nice and kind, packed the rooms I asked them to pack, help with all the questions we had, secured all the furnitures perfectly. Later on when it came to unpacking they made sure every furniture and box went to the room I asked making sure that the placment was exactly as we wanted to be and unpacked the kitchen perfectly. We moved few times before but it was first time using this company and they really took a lot of stress of us and made the experience enjoyable for us. Highly recommend this company, definitely will be my first choice if I ever need to move again.

We Move Sutton are a fantastic Removal Company. What an incredible team. They were absolutely amazing! Went above & beyond on both days ensuring that everything was looked after, well packed & taken care of. Anything I asked of them, they did without question & were happy to help. Amazing ability to pack using Tetras skills & our difficult access too! They were a complete game changer from all the other removal people. And I knew I didn’t want to move with anyone else! They were very efficient, great value for money & look after your belongings with such care and attention. They were absolutely incredible! Just faultless!

Everything went very smoothly; not a single thing to 'complain' about. The team were friendly, polite, professional and took good good care of our items; happy to move things around to help with location/rooms for belongings at new address. Came on day one to pack and as we already had access to our new property which was local, were able to move us in two parts over two days which helped us with time to partially unpack before the final relocation. Thoroughly recommended!

I think we can all agree that moving home is extremely stressful, and when the big days arrives you just want it all to go as clockwork as best as possible. From the moment the We Move team turned up (who were on time) they were just outstanding. The guys took the time to introduce themselves to us, and were ever so friendly and courteous to us (and our neighbours) and then they explained how the day would go and set our expectations, which was fab and eased our nerves & concerns (as we had so much stuff to move). Once they started, their team work was 1st class, they all knew who was doing what. There was good friendly chat along the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. When we had left for our new home, the guys was just as amazing, all was very well coordinated and yet again the work rate put it with care and consideration was ‘world class’ customer service from all of the team! Initially I thought that we could do the move ourselves (as we had done on previous moves), however I am so glad we didn’t and used We Move, these guys are amazing, very hard working, and it’s not just about the lifting and moving of your stuff, they put in so much care, consideration and patience and never once was anything too much bother. The after service customer service was also excellent, a call form the office team to check we were happy at the end of the move - If you are about to move home and want a removal company that go above & beyond, then make sure you use We Move!

Excellent service from the guys on our move everything packed and put in rooms of choice beds and wardrobes dismantled and reassembled with no problems(even when wife changed bedrooms). No request was too small for them to accomplish service first class would definitely use again great job lads.

We Move were at our property at the time they said they were going to be there and were extremely helpful throughout the day. They made our move very straight forward and their communication from the office and on site was very good. The lads on the day were great lads and got the job done cleanly and quickly at both ends of the move. Could not recommend them enough!

Joe and his team delivered perfect service. They were efficient and covered all furniture banisters, doors, etc. to ensure no damage. They checked numerous times that I was happy with their service and moved objects to a different location so that boxes and furniture were in the right location. I couldn’t recommend a better delivery firm offering value for money.

If you are moving, please give this Company a call. From meeting Joe, we knew this was the removal company we wanted to use. On the day we couldn’t fault the professionalism of the team led by Ed, all the team worked so hard, all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. They took care of all your furniture and goods and loaded them with such care and technique. We are using the storage option and have no worries about our furniture, which lot of high value, will be stored securely and without any damage. This is the best removal company we have ever used. Reece and his team were highly accommodating throughout all completion date negotiations, being flexible and communicative at all times. I have used this company twice now, once to move an elderly relative with dementia from Sutton Coldfield, to an assisted living complex in Oxfordshire, and then a 5 bed family move from Sutton Coldfield to South Derbyshire. On both occasions the whole process has been absolutely hassle-free, seamless .......and almost enjoyable. Reece (one of the owners) has managed the quotation and booking process perfectly and been extremely accommodating and helpful throughout. The office have been efficient and extremely pleasant and polite to deal with at all times. The highest praise however should go to the team of packers and movers who are really exceptional. They are unbelievably hard working and efficient, whilst being incredibly professional, expert, polite, considerate and understanding at all times. Their customer service skills really are second to none. From a personal perspective they have turned daunting prospects into completely seamless processes. Given that moving can be one of the most stressful experiences, it is such a relief and a pleasant surprise for this element to be so good. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Despite our quote being so long before we moved, 11 months there was no increase to the original price quoted, amazing! What a great team that moved us, polite, efficient, on time, despite travelling nearly 230 miles, arrived still as cheery and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. What a superb company, I cannot thank them enough!

We Move moved me over 80 miles to a new location, involving full packing service. I had met several removal firms and not until I met thwm did I feel comfortable to agree to a contract: he took the time to understand my worries and concerns - and promised me a stress free move. And - he delivered! The amazing crew packed my entire house on day one and moved me on day two. The service was beyond anything I expected. The packing was done with care and respect and the moving made easy. I felt completely safe and comfortable at every point and the checks through each room just showed the professionalism of this company. Cannot rate highly enough. Book them book them!

We Move were outstanding with our relocation, which was very problematic. They took all of our furniture into storage at less than a days notice, considering they were booked to move us to our new home. The move out was faultless, to time and without any drama. They then moved us into our new home when we eventually completed. Again they moved mountains to get us in with 2 days notice and again faultless. My wife and I couldn't sing their praises loud enough. This took so much away from the very stressful conveyance and made our move a doddle. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Do not hesitate to book this company. When under a huge amount of pressure to move the world and his dog by 31st March, We Move could have taken endless deposits ultimately knowing many would not manage to go through but they didn’t. Instead they always responded to messages promptly and honestly. They kept a good sense of humour and tried to help in any way they could. Their support over an incredibly stressful time was so appreciated that I would have tried to change our moving date just to ensure we could have used them. Honestly the team totally made our moving day. They were so friendly and professional and from start to finish gave their all. They spoke to us politely and instilled confidence that they knew what they were doing. Walk-rounds gave us an opportunity to discuss our needs and also throughout the process ensured we were happy with what had been done. We used a partial packing service so that the shed and kitchen were fully packed for us. Speedy, efficient, thorough. I would definitely recommend this service as it was so helpful to be able to not worry about these areas when packing the rest of the house. The team know what will be achievable and advised us if furniture would not be able to make angles for example and discussed alternative locations. They even checked at the end if any items needed moving from where they had been placed within rooms. So thoughtful. I cannot tell you how grateful we were for this company’s service.
