I engaged Tim and his team to replace an existing fence. His team arrived promptly and spent the day removing the old fence posts and putting up the new fence. The onsite team was professional and courtesy at all times. Their work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. They put in excellent effort to work around a very large stump and gave me a couple of options. The materials are high quality and they manged to put in the requested hedgehog hole. I would not hesitate to engage Tim and his team in future work and would recommend them.

Really great company. Unlike many today they were prompt, efficient, courteous & hard working. New fence & trellis not only looks good but very well installed by polite workmen. I chose West London Fencing because of the first class reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. The communication with Tim and Sam was excellent throughout and the no pressure quotation straightforward and easy to navigate. West London Fencing removed and replaced old fencing for 2 sides of our garden. They were prompt, tidy, accommodating and efficient. In addition, they dug out and removed the ivy that had clung to the old fence and had ruined it. We had a family bereavement during the period they were originally scheduled to do the installation. They rescheduled with no fuss and also supplied and installed additional fencing panels when several other fence panels turned out to be rotten a few days before they were scheduled to do the work. I can recommend West London Fencing without hesitation. .

We had rather dreaded the works as we live in a terraced house and all the debris from the old fence and the new fence itself would have to be carted through the house. We imagined it was sure to be a rainy day! In the event, the sun was shining and the two men who replaced the fence worked well, considerately and hard and the job was finished and everything tidied-up and carted away by early afternoon. Quite the best organised and executed service job we have experienced during the 25 years we have lived in the house.

West London came and replaced our front fence which had blown down in the storm. They did a great job and went above and beyond in repairing the whole area. They suggested Jackson Fencing which arrived in two stages. They moved dates so we could get the fencing up before the gate was available. They spent a lot of time tidying up the area before putting in the new fence. It looks great and is a huge improvement on our old fence. They put a temporary frame in for the gate and then when the gate arrived they installed it and then installed our post box into our back gate, something that was not quoted for. They then came back and re-created our concrete step and edging. They did a great job, have a good team of people and I would highly recommend them

We've just had slatted fencing installed on top of a garden wall and I am so pleased with the finish. The slats were spaced out a bit more, as I requested and there is a gradual slope at each end of the wall to align with other fencing etc. The team did a great job. West London Fencing installed a boundary fence to our small rear garden in Ealing, London. Their approach from the initial quote to finishing the job was faultless. They offered the most competitive quote, attended meetings with neighbours and had all the expertise required to provide a solution to our situation. The fence was completed in the agreed time and with no extra cost, and most pleasingly the installers happily did extra finishes outside of the scope of work to make the whole fencing system fit in with the existing fences. They did this without being prompted and were very keen to do a job they could be proud of.

West London Fencing replaced the fence at the end of our garden. We wanted to get Jackson's Venetian fencing to match existing fencing. Contacted West London Fencing as approved fitter. From the quote to installation they were straightforward, easy to deal with and did a great job. Would recommend. There were a couple of delays to the start date, but that was caused by supply issues on fencing which are countrywide at the moment, and they did contact us to update us and check on alternate dates. The old fence was removed and newly installed quickly with minimal fuss by the team who were efficient and friendly. The installation was complicated by the position of a tree in our garden but they worked around that very well, even shaping one of the gravel boards to fit around its roots. The only area for improvement would be their communication mechanism which is an online invoice/messaging site. It works and they replied quickly enough but it was a bit clunky to use.

The two men turned up dead on time and quickly got to work removing old fencing after disentangling climbing plants. The new fence went up looking excellent, sturdy and accurate in terms of height and level. They returned as promised three days later to fit new trellis to the top of the fence after having to source it from a different supplier. They cleverly managed to fit the trellis round a tree branch which meant they did not have to cut that branch. The whole new fence looks fantastic and gives us much more privacy. I am very pleased with the result. Thank you.

We had new fence panels and posts replaced on all 3 sides of our garden. Unfortunately, they weren't able to start the job on the scheduled date due to heavy rain but they started the week after. It took 3 days to complete by mainly one man who did a great job. We had some odd requests which they were happy to accommodate and when we realised a couple of panels needed realigning they were quickly fixed. We're really happy with the result and would absolutely recommend West London Fencing!

West London Fencing replaced the old featheredge fencing around all 3 sides of our garden, with new Jacksons horizontal tongue & groove panels. They have done a really nice job and took pride in their work, taking care to ensure that the fence steps down evenly as our garden has a slight slope to it. The quoting process was smooth, the cost competitive, and Tim kept me updated about when the work would start, and ensured his team were on site to meet the delivery. The guys on site were polite and worked some long days to get it finished. I would definitely recommend them.

After several years of neglect the fences bordering our property were in need of replacement. West London Fencing have done a superb job of clearing what was left of the old panels and replacing with new, high quality featherboard panels, concrete posts out back and timber posts - of gradually decreasing height - in the front. The price and timings agreed upfront were met exactly in spite of some difficult weather conditions. The work also comes with a good guarantee. All initial queries, via email, were answered politely and clearly within 24 hours. The team that installed the fencing were on time, courteous and respectful of our property and neighbouring property at all times. The work was managed around poorly installed cables, drainpipes and uneven surfaces with maximum care. All rubbish was cleared from the site as the work progressed. I would highly recommend West London Fencing and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

West London Fencing replaced an old fence about 5m by 2m high in our back garden. The fence is featherboarded on the neighbour's side and narrow red cedar slats on our side. We're very pleased with the outcome. The work was done over two days; one day to remove existing fence and erect new featherboard one and the second day (a few weeks later because of delivery lead time for the cedar) to install the cedar slats. As standard practice WLF frame the cedar slats which looks very smart. I think the work was done well. However, what struck me in particular was a real sense that all of the installers cared about the quality of their work and they were as proud of the result as we are.

I had a quick response to my request for a quote and it arrived the next day. The quote was competitive and a date was agreed for the work. Jools and his team arrived promptly on the agreed date and made sure I understood the work being carried out. The old fence was replaced and a new fence, concrete posts and base were installed and some trellis above the side wall was replaced. The job was done in one day and a return visit was made to make good the paving between the new fence and old paving slabs. Around the fence was left tidy and clean and all the old wood was removed. The final invoice price was as quoted. The team were very friendly and I would use them again if needed.

Getting quote for our fence replacement was straightforward. Not cheap but comparable to other quotes. The staff were very friendly, efficient and considerate. They arrived on time and cleaned up very well. The work was completed within the day (having suggested it could take another half day) to a very high standard. By a comparison, a neighbour had their fence done by a non-professional for about £175 less, and it is a poor job. We suspect that fence will soon need replacement. So this is a good example of getting what you pay for.

We commissioned this company to install a new patio at a substantial cost, however we ran into problems immediately. The grouting cracked within weeks so begrudgingly they returned to fix it. Now the grouting is cracking again and the patio slabs are all moving so it’s clear the job was botched. Despite multiple attempts to contact them they are not responding to our claims and are not only ignoring us but the trade associations they claim to belong to. Please avoid using this company - there are plenty of honest traders out there who I’m sure wouldn’t scam their customers.

The guys from West London Fencing completed the job with in 2 days. They did a beautiful job on both fences and fitted the gate well with 3 locks on it. All rubbish was cleared away nicely. I had a new closeboard garden fence put up with gravel boards, 4" posts and topped with trellis. The survey was done quickly with various options on offer and they quoted for the two options I preferred. The two man team arrived and were prompt and courteous and tidy at all times. The co-ordination of materials arriving was handled with efficiency by their office and the two fence builders arrived and completed the job in two days.
