From the request for a quotation to survey and the installation WNG were perfect. Everything done on time and brilliant standard. The installation team were exceptional and even confirming the positioning of hardware.

Two workmen replaced facia boards & guttering to bungalow, this included ‘gable’ ends. They worked methodically in removing the old facia boards & guttering, ensuring/checking for any other parts needed replacing. The work was carried out over 3 days to our complete satisfaction! The workmen ensured that everything was kept tidy (cleared away) before leaving at the end of the day. The workmen were polite and courteous, it was a pleasure to have met them. We have no hesitation in recommending their workmanship as ‘Excellent’, their company is lucky to have workmen of their calibre!

Very professional service from start to finish. Quote sent in record time to check and complete. The installation date was notified, and the team arrived as promised on time. They moved one of my windows during the fitting process without fully explaining the consequences of this change. They also did not ask me to review the work or sign any install paperwork/sign off documentation prior to them leaving the property. As a result, I had to pay around £200 for someone else to fix the issue. When I raised my concerns with WNG I was advised that the proper fix would be for it to be re plaster-boarded and plastered. Instead, they offered to fit unpainted timber as a “gesture of goodwill.” When I told them this wasn’t an acceptable resolution, they stopped responding.

Glass roof removed and reinstated with an additional 4 opening windows. Work completed on time and within budget. Excellent communication from the office. Installers on site were very professional, helpful and friendly.

If only all companies were as good as West Norfolk Glass, life would be so much simpler. First class all the way, installation was spot on, the lads were excellent, could not fault any one thing. Very pleased with all aspects of installation.

Good company and staff. This time a new Solidor front door (W N Glass installed a Solidor side door for me 4 years ago which has given and gives perfect service). Took less than half a day to remove the old timber door and frame and install the new one. Price was competitive and I know should any problems occur they will attend promptly. I once got a quote from a small local firm for Evolution double glazing and they could not match WNG's price. I am certain they could not beat WNG's service. Order with confidence.

West Norfolk Glass have completed 2 jobs for me: Replacement of all windows and doors in one house in Cambridgeshire. Replacement of roofline and all windows and doors in another house in Norfolk. In both cases all the work was carried out to a high standard at a competitive price , to budget, to the promised time-frame, and with the minimum of inconvenience to the occupants. They were helpful, friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with at all stages of the work from quotation to completion. I have found West Norfolk Glass to be a trustworthy company and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. We had 3 uPVC windows and a new front door fitted which look great. These were to replace some older units that were not very efficient and let in a lot of outside noise. Richard provided us with excellent customer service and product knowledge, he is a really genuine guy who is passionate about his job and always goes the extra mile. The fitters did a great job and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Replacement windows and doors were part of a house refurbishment. Installation completed on 30/11/21. Remedial work completed July 22, with many visits and revisits in the meantime. Workmanship was poor and careless. Quality control is non-existent. Materials from suppliers are not inspected before being dispatched to the customer. Fitters left with the job "completed" despite glaring defects and did not alert me to the defects. Faults are too numerous to list all of them but here are some examples: Front Door: A warped Solidor was supplied and fitted. Four months and several service visits later it was replaced. The Front door frame, not square and had to be replaced also. Door furniture, a mix of brass and metallic. Original letter box was not square. Because of difficulty in opening and closing the door we avoided using it. Back door: Could not be opened, and if opened, could not be shut when in direct sunlight. Another external door had a 2cm sq hole between the door and the frame because an incorrect base plate (Ali strip?) was fitted. Windows: Poorly fitting internal beading. Rough welds on internal joints than should have been sanded. The only regret I had in refurbishing my house was that I employed WNG.

Helpful firm from start to finish. Fitted 11 windows on schedule and at a competitive price. The fitters were courteous, tidy and did an excellent job.

I researched online for a local company - I needed a new front door and patio doors. Salesman, Richard, is extremely personable and most importantly, knowledgeable. He guided me through what was most appropriate for the replacement doors and made useful suggestions. The works were carried out on time and within budget. Aftercare was good too. I had a couple of issues but these were addressed in a timely manner. All in all I would, and have, recommended West Norfolk Glass Ltd to friends and family.

This is the first time we have dealt with West Norfolk Glass and have been from beginning to end. From the salesman to the fitters we have been extremely pleased.

We have previously used West Norfolk Glass to replace windows and external doors in part of our house and on this occasion, it was to replace the final window. On both occasions, it was an outstanding service and the quality of the workmanship and materials used is of a high standard. The communication was good and the fitters arrived on time. Having experienced a minor issue with the door hinges becoming marked after 2 years of use, they were replaced free of charge very soon after contacting the company. A good reliable company and value for money. They have a showroom where you can view the products and they offer good evidence-based advice. We would recommend them to any of our family and friends.

I had all eight windows in my house replaced, the representative was polite and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice without any pressure. The fitters arrived on time and were friendly and very efficient, leaving everything clean and tidy, I am extremely happy with my windows and glad I used West Norfolk Glass, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Seamless from sale to installation. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had time to help with any query or change of mind. The installers arrived exactly on time; they were very considerate of our property and furniture. Their work is exemplary; nothing was too much trouble. A demonstration was given in respect of the doors and windows before they left.

Every member of the team, from reception, sales, and survey, through to fitting and aftercare, has been pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had all our windows and doors replaced and the result is better than we could have hoped for. The good quality units have eliminated the draughts which made the house uncomfortable in bad weather. The fitters were excellent, being polite, informative, tidy, hardworking, and taking pains to be as unobtrusive as possible. There was an unexpected problem getting the largest unit into the back garden, caused by the full water butts in our narrow path. After much head scratching, and some trial and error, the problem was solved to everyone’s satisfaction. A neighbour, who is a retired builder, said “I see you’ve got the good guys in.” He was right.

My wife and I moved into a new bungalow on 11th August 2021, having previously obtained the approval of the builder to add a conservatory. The groundwork was completed in a week and the conservatory erected in 3 days, exactly on the dates (September 20th to 24th and October 4th to 6th respectively) given at the time of the order (17th June). The whole process from start to finish was very smooth with help and patience throughout bearing in mind two dimensional amendments we requested We would have no hesitation in recommending West Norfolk Glass.

Some hiccups this time but mainly due to nationwide shortage of materials and the huge increase in demand for home improvements. Installation completed to my total satisfaction and at a very reasonable contract price. No hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again.

It required different tradesmen and all were very professional and did a first class job. We were kept well informed by each one throughout and are very pleased with the final outcome.
