Good company and staff. This time a new Solidor front door (W N Glass installed a Solidor side door for me 4 years ago which has given and gives perfect service). Took less than half a day to remove the old timber door and frame and install the new one. Price was competitive and I know should any problems occur they will attend promptly. I once got a quote from a small local firm for Evolution double glazing and they could not match WNG's price. I am certain they could not beat WNG's service. Order with confidence.

West Norfolk Glass have completed 2 jobs for me: Replacement of all windows and doors in one house in Cambridgeshire. Replacement of roofline and all windows and doors in another house in Norfolk. In both cases all the work was carried out to a high standard at a competitive price , to budget, to the promised time-frame, and with the minimum of inconvenience to the occupants. They were helpful, friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with at all stages of the work from quotation to completion. I have found West Norfolk Glass to be a trustworthy company and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. We had 3 uPVC windows and a new front door fitted which look great. These were to replace some older units that were not very efficient and let in a lot of outside noise. Richard provided us with excellent customer service and product knowledge, he is a really genuine guy who is passionate about his job and always goes the extra mile. The fitters did a great job and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Replacement windows and doors were part of a house refurbishment. Installation completed on 30/11/21. Remedial work completed July 22, with many visits and revisits in the meantime. Workmanship was poor and careless. Quality control is non-existent. Materials from suppliers are not inspected before being dispatched to the customer. Fitters left with the job "completed" despite glaring defects and did not alert me to the defects. Faults are too numerous to list all of them but here are some examples: Front Door: A warped Solidor was supplied and fitted. Four months and several service visits later it was replaced. The Front door frame, not square and had to be replaced also. Door furniture, a mix of brass and metallic. Original letter box was not square. Because of difficulty in opening and closing the door we avoided using it. Back door: Could not be opened, and if opened, could not be shut when in direct sunlight. Another external door had a 2cm sq hole between the door and the frame because an incorrect base plate (Ali strip?) was fitted. Windows: Poorly fitting internal beading. Rough welds on internal joints than should have been sanded. The only regret I had in refurbishing my house was that I employed WNG.

Helpful firm from start to finish. Fitted 11 windows on schedule and at a competitive price. The fitters were courteous, tidy and did an excellent job.

I researched online for a local company - I needed a new front door and patio doors. Salesman, Richard, is extremely personable and most importantly, knowledgeable. He guided me through what was most appropriate for the replacement doors and made useful suggestions. The works were carried out on time and within budget. Aftercare was good too. I had a couple of issues but these were addressed in a timely manner. All in all I would, and have, recommended West Norfolk Glass Ltd to friends and family.

We have previously used West Norfolk Glass to replace windows and external doors in part of our house and on this occasion, it was to replace the final window. On both occasions, it was an outstanding service and the quality of the workmanship and materials used is of a high standard. The communication was good and the fitters arrived on time. Having experienced a minor issue with the door hinges becoming marked after 2 years of use, they were replaced free of charge very soon after contacting the company. A good reliable company and value for money. They have a showroom where you can view the products and they offer good evidence-based advice. We would recommend them to any of our family and friends.

I had all eight windows in my house replaced, the representative was polite and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice without any pressure. Seamless from sale to installation. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had time to help with any query or change of mind. The installers arrived exactly on time; they were very considerate of our property and furniture. Their work is exemplary; nothing was too much trouble. A demonstration was given in respect of the doors and windows before they left.

Every member of the team, from reception, sales, and survey, through to fitting and aftercare, has been pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had all our windows and doors replaced and the result is better than we could have hoped for. The good quality units have eliminated the draughts which made the house uncomfortable in bad weather. The fitters were excellent, being polite, informative, tidy, hardworking, and taking pains to be as unobtrusive as possible. There was an unexpected problem getting the largest unit into the back garden, caused by the full water butts in our narrow path. After much head scratching, and some trial and error, the problem was solved to everyone’s satisfaction. A neighbour, who is a retired builder, said “I see you’ve got the good guys in.” He was right.

My wife and I moved into a new bungalow on 11th August 2021, having previously obtained the approval of the builder to add a conservatory. The groundwork was completed in a week and the conservatory erected in 3 days, exactly on the dates (September 20th to 24th and October 4th to 6th respectively) given at the time of the order (17th June). The whole process from start to finish was very smooth with help and patience throughout bearing in mind two dimensional amendments we requested We would have no hesitation in recommending West Norfolk Glass.

This is the second time we have used West Norfolk Glass and have found them to be very professional. Everything was completed on time and left very clean and tidy.

3rd order I have placed with West Norfolk Glass in 5 years: 4 "Evolution" windows. A great product but only as good as its installation. Some hiccups this time but mainly due to nationwide shortage of materials and the huge increase in demand for home improvements. Installation completed to my total satisfaction and at a very reasonable contract price. No hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again.

We wanted a small utility room built and a window replaced so chose West Norfolk Glass approved by Which Trusted Trader. We found all the staff very helpful and informative. It required different tradesmen and all were very professional and did a first class job. We were kept well informed by each one throughout and are very pleased with the final outcome.

I have just had large windows and a french door replaced on my pool room. I have used this company before and cannot recommend them highly enough. The windows look great and were fitted with great care, the fitters were professional, pleasant and left no mess afterwards - a good job done.

As soon as I signed the acceptance of the quote, I was kept informed and I was told when the installation date would be. This happened on the date which was quoted. The installers were polite and followed the instructions I had discussed with the Sale Representative. The installers kept me informed as the work progressed. Although the contract could have been difficult there was no "sharp intakes of breath"; and the work progressed at a tidy and efficient state. Full marks to the company and its employees.

Having a quality front door fitted was always going to be worrying, however, the guys from West Norfolk Glass arrived and got on with the task in hand. They explained what they were doing and proceeded with the installation. The finished product was installed professionally and tidied up as they went. They then explained how the locking mechanism worked and after a demo, I tried this myself and although complicated I was confident with this operation. I am very impressed with the finished product and would not hesitate to use Norfolk Glass again.

Needed a new side door on garage and we had a back door fitted by West Norfolk Glass which we were pleased with so contacted them again. They didn't let us down and did another excellent job. We had 3 windows replaced in our cottage and were rather worried the plastic wouldn't blend with other wooden windows but we needn't have been concerned as they are brilliant! Richard measured up very well and the heritage colour matched really well with our others and looks fantastic! We are very pleased and now want more!

We recently used West Norfolk Glass to replace all of the windows in our old cottage with new PVC wood effect windows. The salesperson was extremely helpful and courteous, the communication from the office was very clear and efficient, and the price was reasonable. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They kept everything clean and tidy and although there were a couple of problems with 2 windows, they alerted us to this, made sure everything was secure, and assured us they would be rectified - which they were a couple of weeks later. We wanted to make our conservatory into a room we could use comfortably all year round. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but Richard quickly pointed out the disadvantages and then suggested the option of triple glazing. The original windows were simply exchanged for triple glazed ones. The work was done during heavy snow, but completed on time. We are thrilled with the result. We sat in the warm in sub zero outside temperatures watching the snow fall. Exactly what we hoped for.

We have used West Norfolk Glass for work in the past so were aware of their attention to detail and standard of work. They arrived on time and completed the work in the time they said it would take. Their employees were courteous and efficient taking care on delicate services when replacing the guttering in those areas. They did not leave any mess behind and left the area clan and tidy. The design of the porch was tricky and I was impressed with their attention to detail. The installation was professionally carried out and the team even suggested a minor but important cosmetic change to the design which has markedly improved the exterior look of the porch. The installation itself did not go according to plan as several minor fittings were incorrect and a side double-glazed glass panel had got broken in transit. This did not faze the installers who merely made up and secured in place a temporary single glazed panel which did not inconvenience us at all. The new panel and correct fittings were delivered 2 weeks later and installed satisfactorily and quickly. We are very very pleased with the quality and overall look of the porch.

We have used this company previously to do some repairs. When we decided to replace the doors and windows we obtained 3 quotes. West Norfolk Glass was the one we chose between 2. The other company we discounted quoted nearly £25000 to do the same job!!! From the initial call, representative coming round, surveyor and fitting teams have all been very polite and professional. Installation dates were agreed and fitters arrived on time. From start to finish of the installation, the fitters did their job professionally and with good humour. We are very pleased of the job that has been done and we would definitely recommend them.

West Norfolk Glass replaced all the glazing and roof to one conservatory and replaced an old polycarbonate roof to a second conservatory room. They were very professional and helpful, from the initial quote to the final installation. Installation started on the day quoted and was completed with the time period estimated. The installation team was excellent, always keeping us informed on what they were doing and programming the work so as to cause the least disruption. We have used West Norfolk Glass before and have always found them to be very helpful and professional. We did request the same installer (Richard) who had carried out our previous work as we have always had a good working relationship with him. He arrived, as arranged, together with two other colleagues, they completed the work to a very high standard. One piece of glass had arrived incorrectly cut but this was reported immediately and duly arrived and was fitted in a couple of days. This did not trouble us at all as a temporary panel was fixed until the correct panel arrived. We think that the work was carried out in an extremely professional manner and we would not hesitate to recommend West Norfolk Glass to others.

We had all new windows & doors which was completed in a timely fashion. The quality of the windows & the service we received was second to none. West Norfolk Glass Ltd has a most useful door design tool on its website so we were able to create the appearance of the door of our choice without any fuss or time constraint. When the salesman arrived he was very helpful and confirmed the design and materials chosen were suitable for our installation after explaining the pros and cons of what was available. He calculated the final price and left a detailed copy of the order. This was followed a few days later by a brief visit from a surveyor who confirmed all the measurements. A date for the installation was set but this had to be postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions. As soon as the restrictions were lifted and work resumed a new date was agreed. A polite team of two fitters arrived on time and very efficiently removed the old door and frame allowing me to retrieve the brass furniture. As the new door was being completed we compared the old doorknob with the new one and decided to fit the reclaimed and polished one. This change was accepted and managed without any fuss, the new knob being returned with the fitters. All together a very efficient, good quality service that could not be faulted at any stage.
