They were quick to respond and managed to fit us in to their busy schedule to fix the fault and restore our central heating in the middle of the February cold weather. Their prices are reasonable and they are good at explaining the work required and completed.

Discovered a broken motorised zone valve on Friday afternoon. Called Darren at Westflow who sent Joe round within 90 minutes. Joe replaced valve very quickly and professionally. Great team work at Westflow. Certainly will use them again.

Replaced boiler
I highly recommend Westflow I have used them on multiple occasions as this time it was to replace a boiler. They did it quickly knowing I had no hot water and heating at a reasonable price. Always courteous, on time and honest with their support and advice I wouldn’t use anyone else in the local area.

We can always rely on Westflow to do a good job. They installed a new stopcock. Arrive when they say they will.. Always tidy up after they’ve finished. Lovely team. Helpful. We know that the job will be done properly. Also, they can always be reached by phone or email. If not immediately available, they will always call back fairly quickly.

Contacted for the first time to replace a leaking valve after receiving an extortionate quote from a different company. Darren was very helpful over the phone and booked the job in for the next afternoon. Barnaby completed the job promptly and swiftly and the cost was about a third of my previous quote! I will definite use them for any future works.
