We are CRB checked, fully insured and Master Locksmiths Association trained.
We offer friendly, specialist and highly trusted service to all our customers at an affordable prices.
We carry in on our cars a wide range of common locks from leading industry brands including ERA, Union, Yale etc. We will usually be able to provide suitable locks, on the job, therefore we can complete the job in just one visit.

Needed to replace a broken front door lock on my mother’s house. Spoke to Paul on Sunday and arranged a visit for Monday. Thomas turned up bang on time, understood what we needed and quickly and professionally replaced the lock. Could not have asked for a better service.

Paul sent Thomas to fix some worn and tired locks after I called him. Thomas quickly deduced that the front door locking mechanism was not the issue, the barrel was. It saved me buying a new lock and was an easy fix. Paul and Thomas replaced a few more locks for me after trying to find the best solution for me. The communication was excellent, I was always given notice in advance when they were coming and if there was a delay which meant I was not wasting my time. Highly recommended, very diligent and prompt.

I needed to install a smart lock with some modifications to my door frame. I reached out to Paul and he sent Thomas onsite the same day. Thomas was very professional and discussed all the options with me. He finished the work to very high standards and the modifications were barely noticeable. He is also very knowledgeable of the smart lock I use - he even fixed a small problem that caused our misaligned door at no additional cost! I have smart entry now!

I called WG Locksmiths when my mother had a fall and we were unable to access the property to help her (though we had keys) as the snib was down on the Yale. Thomas arrived in about 30 mins, and explained the things he could try to access the property, which order to try them in and costs involved. He was able to get the door open, without damaging the existing locks, and also (at his suggestion) removed the snib so that this problem would not recur. Throughout the process Paul (who I spoke to on the phone and by text) and Thomas were helpful and professional, and kept me updated regarding arrival time.

Came to fix the problem. Identified what needed to be done. Not an easy job, bottom internal security lock for door of French window. Replaced the lock. We can now open the door easily. No mess. No problems. Reasonable price. I did appreciate the call before he came to confirm the appointment. Shows he is reliable.

Thomas came to fit a new lock on my door when the old one had broken. He was round very quickly as he found a gap in the schedule, and he was friendly, professional and told me all the costs in advance (which were very reasonable). He also made sure I was happy with the mechanism - when I had an extra quibble he sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended!
