We are CRB checked, fully insured and Master Locksmiths Association trained.
We offer friendly, specialist and highly trusted service to all our customers at an affordable prices.
We carry in on our cars a wide range of common locks from leading industry brands including ERA, Union, Yale etc. We will usually be able to provide suitable locks, on the job, therefore we can complete the job in just one visit.

One of our front door locks broke and we checked Which for a local locksmith as the repair was beyond us. We chose WG as they are local and had excellent reviews. WG responded quickly and were able to fit us in almost immediately. Tomasz arrived promptly, was very friendly and engaging, and worked quickly and efficiently to have the broken lock completely replaced within 45 minutes at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend WG and will definitely be using their service again.

We used Thomas to repair a number of broken UPVC window locks that had been bugging us for months and we had struggled to find anyone to repair. Within a morning he had repaired all three and they now work perfectly. Thomas was also punctual and extremely polite and we thought he was great value too. Highly recommended!

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found W G Locksmiths on Which. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Paul even though he was on holiday. Thomas came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle. Thomas was very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

WG Locksmiths we’re able to fit in a repair to a front door lock that had jammed at short notice. In arranging the repair photos were requested to see the type of lock that had broken. The locksmith arrived early on the arranged day (after phoning to check first that this was ok) The barrel needed to be replaced and the work was completed straightaway. I was given a choice to choose the level of security lock to replace the broken one. The labour costs were provided beforehand and the additional cost was for the replacement parts as the lock couldn’t be repaired. The work was carried out to a good standard efficiently.
