Having followed Wisteria with interest over a number of years since moving to Devon. I decided to choose the company, when the time had come, to refurbish my own kitchen. And I have to say, how very pleased I’ve been with making this decision. Since visiting their showroom at the very beginning of my journey and continuing until the end. The whole team have always been incredibly helpful and courteous throughout. From Craig, who helped me choose the designs etc. Kia in the office, always smiley and Tom, who “held my hand” throughout the refitting process in my home. Thank you for being there when required. My next project in the future will be the Bathroom. So I will see you all again then.

After having spoken to a couple of other companies and not being overly impressed, I looked on this website and saw the reviews for Wisteria and contacted them immediately. Craig came a few days later. We didn't really have much idea of what was possible, but shouldn't have worried because Craig really knew his stuff and we agreed a plan. A few days later we visited the showroom and with help and advice from Craig we decided on the fittings. We were so impressed with how easy the process had been, we decided that we would ask Wisteria to look at refurbishing the bathroom too. The results were excellent, great workmanship and wonderful customer service at all times. We did have a couple of small tweaks that were needed and these were dealt with promptly. I unreservedly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Initial meetings with Craig with several iterations in design were smooth, professional with no pressure at all. We collaboratively went back and forth with tweaks from ourselves and Craig until settling after about five iterations. The work itself involved completely ripping out a small/compact existing en-suite bathroom and refitting with upgraded fittings. This included internal wall movement to accommodate a larger shower. The main fitter Callum is extremely professional, very skilled, polite, approachable and friendly to have working in the house. Callum completed the majority of the refit with others from specialist trades contributing. Work was co-ordinated for any overlap between Callum, other trades and Craig. Callum’s “on the ground” initiative and skill enabled him to overcome any problems and potential roadblocks very smoothly. He achieved this with no drama and in agreement with ourselves by continual discussions. The resulting new en-suite is a dream to behold and to use on a daily basis. The quality of the work is superb with attention to very fine detail being outstanding. The work was also completed both on time and to budget as agreed in the quotation. Thanks to Craig, Kia, Callum, Mike, Alex, Norm, and Fraser. We would definitely recommend Wisteria Kitchens for such work and we intend to use Wisteria Kitchens for our own future refurbishment projects.

Wow! What a fantastic job Wisteria has done. The finished kitchen diner is amazing, so much more than any plan can show. We have had 5 different renovations done by Wisteria, and this was a big alteration!! Knocking the kitchen and dining room into one. We can only say thank you to everyone who had a hand in this. This is the fourth time that our family has employed Wisteria - twice at my brother's house and now, for the second time at our house. What is important to us is to use tradespeople that we know will do a good job, are fairly priced, and which are likely to still be in business if issues arise in the future. The quality of their workmanship has always been excellent and, when there have been problems, Sam is always willing to send somebody out to put things right and quickly, often without charge to the customer and well beyond a time that many warranties would have elapsed. This is a mark of good customer service. So many companies rush jobs through - quantity over quality - and corners are cut. With Wisteria, the work has always been done properly, carefully, and has taken as long as necessary. We had a main bathroom refitted by Darren a little over two years ago and Simon finished refitting an ensuite and a cloakroom last week. Both fitters were exceptional. Both refurbishments took between two and three weeks. Wisteria probably won't be the cheapest - but they will do a very good job.

Wisteria fitted a kitchen for us over ten years ago, we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of the team then, so they were top of our list for our recent bathroom refit. I’m pleased to say that nothing has changed, the team worked so hard to finish the project on time and on budget. I'm very glad I chose Wisteria to do our bathroom refit. The whole process was friendly, smooth and professional. No hard sell, no pressure, lots of choice. A special mention must go to Alex who carried out the vast majority of the work. He was always punctual, worked solidly and very carefully. He was quiet (no loud radio!) and cleaned up at the end of each day - altogether pleasant to have around. I would certainly recommend 'Wisteria' to family and friends and hope they will be returning to do our en suite when our finances allow.

We needed a complete kitchen and dining room refurb and didn't want to project manage it ourselves, so we approached Wisteria, a local firm, to do it for us. Sam and his team organised everything, with military precision, so the professional tradespeople turned up as needed and on time. All of the tradespeople were masters of their craft and finished their work to an exceptional standard. They always included us in any decision-making and were a pleasure to have in our home. Very polite and courteous at all times. Sam visited on-site several times during the work to ensure we were happy with the progress. Wisteria's aftercare is just as impressive. With such a major project, there is bound to be a tweak or two needed. I phoned them in the morning and by tea time the problem was resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them.

We initially approached Wisteria to discuss a new kitchen and were impressed with the range of options available to us, and how knowledgeable Sam was - he was able to to find exactly the right solution for the space and for our budget. The customer service from Sam and from everyone involved in the fit-out has been exceptional. Initially we were going to fit the kitchen ourselves but we're really glad that we asked Wisteria to do that too in the end, as the finish is just incredible. We also asked for their help with the flooring and their attention to detail during the installation again cannot be faulted - they went above any beyond in every way. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After approaching other larger companies for our bathrooms' project and their dismissive or stuffy manner we fortunately approached Wisteria for a quotation to design, supply and install a turnkey project. Wisteria were resourceful and friendly. None of our ideas were dismissed but solutions were countered which made the discussions engaging rather than intimidating. After several design iterations and a costing review meeting we got to an agreed brief and price. We had two bathrooms that needed a complete rip out and replace, but they could not be done in parallel and until one was complete, the other could not be started. Wisteria understood our constraints and worked to make the project trouble free. The chosen installer was Alex who was a true gentleman, courteous and respectful in our home. He worked cleanly, quietly but constantly. From the moment he arrived he just got on with the work. During the project we had a family emergency which meant no-one could be there, but as Alex was such a trustworthy person we simply agreed with Wisteria that he would be left with the house keys so that he could continue. That goes to show the people that Wisteria employ and the behaviours they exhibit.. Every night Alex would upload a video describing the day's progress and any challenges. The feeling of still being involved remotely and then speaking proved both a great means to overcome our forced departure and also satisfying to see the progress. Brilliant company - lovely end

We wanted Wisteria to manage all parts of the project, which they did really well. We felt in control of the design, and benefitted from expert advice provided by the designer (Craig) and trades people working on the job. The showroom was well set out with lots of opportunity to see what is available. We were kept well informed about progress of the planned installation and it all happened to time. The designer was knowledgeable about appliances and products, giving impartial advice. The project manager / fitter (Matt) got on well with the job, was very approachable and thorough. Matt and all tradespeople worked to a high standard. Overall, we are really pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to making the most of a sociable, family space.

From the outset, when Craig helped us with our kitchen design, through to the completed transformation of our kitchen, we were very impressed. Mike, the fitter, was absolutely brilliant in his work, and the team of trades were very efficient. We couldn't recommend Wisteria highly enough. We took a gamble, having found Wisteria Kitchens as a Which Trusted Trader, and it definitely paid off.

I was recommended to Wisteria by a friend. I am delighted that I was as the finished kitchen is first class. From my first contact with Sam, through the design and costing stage, to the fit itself and now seeing the end result, I couldn’t be happier. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitter, Mike, is an excellent carpenter and joiner whose attention to detail is superb - I am fussy but Mike is even fussier! The work was completed on time and exactly to the estimate received with a final visit from Sam before any request for the balancing payment. Altogether, a thoroughly professional job from an excellent local company. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen.

Shower room was transformed. Consulted at every stage, neatly done, cleaned up every night, very pleasant to deal with. Also successfully and skillfully extracted old bath and installed replacement. Would recommend this company. The only limitation is size of showroom, so some items had to be chosen from catalogues.

We are so pleased we chose Wisteria for our project. From the moment we entered the showroom the whole team have been very friendly, supportive, professional with great attention to detail. Our project was not planned and we did not have a vision when we started but Craig was able to guide us through the design process. He was extremely patient as we regularly changed our mind. Darren fitted our kitchen and did a brilliant job as did the rest of the team of tradesmen that Wisteria used for the whole job. We just cannot fault them. We were so pleased with the new Kitchen that we continued to use Wisteria for refitting the downstairs cloakroom and then continuing the flooring they had laid in the kitchen into the lounge and hallway. Overall choosing Wisteria for our work was the best decision we could have made in our circumstances. We would not hesitate to use them for any future work and would highly recommend Wisteria to any future customers seeking home improvements to a very high standard. Having a completely new kitchen is a massive decision and commitment, one not to be taken lightly! Wisteria are fantastic. From walking into their showroom (after neighbour recommendations) I felt complete confidence in their ability to guide me through this experience. Every member of the Wisteria team have been a credit to the company. Polite, knowledgeable, tidy and with an attention to detail that is exceptional. Their advice and completion of bespoke solutions for my space was genius and carried out with the highest quality of craftsmanship. My biggest requirement when having work done is communication. This has always been unfaltering with Wisteria. Setting time and budget expectations and meeting them has been second to none. I am a very happy customer and plan on using them for the rest of my home.

Wisteria have just finished transforming my kitchen and downstairs shower/toilet room. The work involved knocking walls down and building new internal walls prior to fitting a wonderful bespoke kitchen and marvellous shower room. Build took eight weeks and following advice we were able to live elsewhere in the early weeks, which I would recommend. However we moved back a few weeks before the handover date and we’re able to witness the wonderful job being done. Michael, the main fitter worked tirelessly finding solutions throughout for any unexpected issues. His work ethic and skill are second to none. The management team at Wisteria have been a delight to deal with and they were more than happy to interject with sound advice throughout. The whole project was well managed and the build in particular really well done. My wife and I cannot praise the team highly enough. I have no doubt any after care (if needed) would be promptly resolved. We are one really pleased couple!

I have been very impressed by the whole experience of using Wisteria. I have had a fully tiled shower ensuite, utility space with WC and vanity unit plus plumbing for washing machine. They also did some flooring work and change of a cupboard in the kitchen. The workmen were very easy to talk to and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the time of the work being done. I was able to talk to Sam throughout the projects, and make sure everything was as I wanted it, the occasional change of plan was easily accommodated. I would definitely recommend Wisteria .

We recently moved into the area and needed more hanging space for our master bedroom. We had estimates from several providers before choosing Wisteria Kitchens to carry out the work. Craig in the showroom was very helpful discussing options; he listened carefully to our requirements and produced a design. The price given was very competitive and we felt it was reasonable for the quality of the product. Mike the fitter arrived on the scheduled day. He was quiet, polite and considerate, a pleasure to have in the property. He was highly skilled, taking great care with the installation and clearing up afterwards. We were very impressed with level of customer service provided with good communications throughout the process. We are delighted with our new wardrobes and would have no hesitation using Wisteria Kitchens again for future jobs.

I stopped in Wisteria Kitchens by chance and I am so glad I did. I was a nightmare customer as I wasn't sure what I wanted, Sam was really patient and put together all the things I did want in my kitchen. He came and measured and I went back to tweeted things. I needed more storage storage space in my main bedroom. Having previously used Wisteria for a major renovation in my house, I had no hesitation in using them again. I got a design quote within a couple of days and the work was scheduled to fit in with my availability. The wardrobe and dressing table were fitted in one day including the electrics. The wardrobe door which came was the wrong colour but I only waited a few days for the correct one to arrive. I have been completely happy with the workmanship and friendly service form the company and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed to up date my kitchen as it was out of date, hard to clean and my oven and fridge were not working. I dreaded the process. I met with Sam who seemed to understand what I had in mind. He was not pushy - which can happen when you are a single, older, woman! we agreed a date, price and design. Michael turned up on the agreed date with other workers coming in an out. He was the perfect worker. He was polite, cleaned up every day, no music and great with my dog. Now I have a beautiful kitchen -exactly as the original design was agreed. The quoted cost was the same as I had been quoted. I am a very happy customer and would recommend everyone to use Wisteria.

The professionalism, care and quality of goods provided by Wisteria are outstanding. All personnel could not have been more helpful from design ideas through to fitting and decorating, and I highly recommend this company and their exemplary customer service from my first tentative showroom visit to completion. After considerable thought, a successful way around the constraints of my bathroom dimensions were achieved. At no time were there any high-pressure sales and at every step, great care has been taken to ensure that I was happy with the progress and completion.

I have used Wisteria before for kitchen and bedrooms and always found their work to outstanding. My new bathroom was designed by them to fit my needs so I now have the smartest modern room with a walk in shower, panelled walls and beautiful tiled floor. I no longer trip when getting in and out of the shower. All my friends have 'bathroom envy'.
