Simon and his team were fantastic to work with. Simon came across as experienced and knowledgable, with a "can do" attitude. I contacted Wow looking for someone to review another contractor's work and to "take on" an existing solar system to ensure that my kit was fit for the future. The team made helpful suggestions to maximise energy capture and use, and helped with all the steps needed to secure MCS Certification. I couldn't rate them more highly.

WOW Energy installed solar panels on 3 roof site and an Enphase battery. The project was managed superbly and the work carried out to a high standard. WOW co-ordinated the scaffolding and roofers brilliantly, they chose excellent partners who were respectful and professional. The installation by WOW was precise and detailed. One set of panels are visible from our garden and we wanted mounted in a very tidy inconspicuous way. The outcome was excellent and very subtle with the additional of a very tidy 'skirt'. We are extremely happy. The panels are working very well. WOW product selection was very good and we are very happy with the Enphase battery and system which we can continually monitor. Simon and his colleagues are professional, friendly and very good with fine detail.

Had a EV wall charger fitted to side of garage, Simon is very knowledgeable and discussed all options available to me prior to work commencing, offering advice as to which option would be better for my needs. All work carried out in timeframe agreed and to a high standard - very neat installation with a high attention to detail. Once completed ran through the setting up procedure to ensure all working okay, responding to messages when I first used the app to charge the car to ensure I had entered the correct settings. Really good customer service and excellent workmanship, I would highly recommend this company.
