Inviting someone into your home to refit a kitchen or bathroom can be daunting. We were delighted to have Your Installation back after the excellent job they did with our bathroom, to fit our new kitchen. Work is to a high standard. Graeme fits as if it were his own home - no shortcuts - and he always has an eye on future maintenance requirements, durability and designing in future upgrades that you may be considering. He accomodates the unforeseen in his stride, whether that is very old pipes or fittings or uneven walls. We particularly appreciate his supplier recommendations - designed to keep your project on track - and his flexibility in accomodating some of the suppliers that we wanted to use. He always keeps an eye on project completion and will advise you if a particular choice may potentially affect a planned completion date. Graeme also comes back promptly if you have a leak or an associated maintenace problem further down the line! Highly recommended.

Graeme from My Installation did such a great job fitting a bathroom for us that we asked him back to do a kitchen. The bathroom was not a straightforward project requiring knocking a wall through and moving a water tank. The thing that most struck us about the work is the attention to detail. From the planning stage through to fitting it out the focus was on future proofing the detail so that we can get to important areas like the shower plug trap or stop cock. The work site was always tidied up at the end of the day and kept meticulously clean. We recommend him 100 per cent and would not hesitate to ask him to do another project for us.

I have had 2 major projects delivered by Your Installation. The first was a complete family bathroom re-model. Stripping the old units and room back to bare walls, then replastering, tiling, all the units, flooring etc, completely turn key all done by one man and no series of sub contractors you can get. The 2nd project included an on suite and a utility room. Both required extensive design work and consideration, with the on suite also requiring some remodelling of a sloping ceiling (its in the loft!). Both projects have been done to a high standard, with respect, good communication, problem solving thinking and a smile! Any issues were addressed simply and without hassle. Project done at a sensible price and within the time frame first quoted. Will absolutely use again.

Your Installation has installed a complete family shower room, taking out the bath and putting in new shower, basin and toilet and a year later Graeme was back to change the ensuite shower. He is friendly, polite, punctual, very good at problem solving, and great knowledge of the products.
