We put Magnet kitchens through our rigorous lab tests and also surveyed Which? members about their kitchens, including those who had bought from Magnet.

Magnet offers what it calls a Signature Service to help you through the process of buying and installing your kitchen. This includes a dedicated designer, home survey and aftercare service.

The brand has more than 30 kitchen ranges. We assessed two of them – Magnet's Factory Assembled and Simply Ready to Assemble kitchens.

Magnet kitchens: services and guarantees

Does Magnet have a kitchen planner/design service?

Yes, Magnet offers a free design consultation. You can choose whether you'd prefer to go in-store or have a virtual consultation.

In both, you'll discuss with a designer how to make the most of your space and budget, and they will create a 3D plan of your new kitchen. Afterwards, you'll receive your designs and a quote.

A designer will then come to measure up your kitchen, or Magnet will give you instructions for how to measure it yourself. If you're not able to see kitchens in-store, Magnet will send you samples of colours, handles and worktops before you order.

Does Magnet sell kitchen appliances, flooring and tiles?

It sells large kitchen appliances from a range of brands, all fitted at extra cost. However, Magnet doesn't sell flooring or wall tiles.

Visit our kitchen reviews and advice to find the best appliances for you.

Magnet Kitchen guarantees

Magnet has a 15-year guarantee on its Simply Ready to Assemble range, whereas the Factory Assembled units come with a 25-year guarantee.
