Andy and his lovely team have just completed a fabulous job on my new home. 1. Fitted a new Worcester Bosch Boiler complete with new radiators. 2. Supplied and fitted a wet room complete with tiling and accessories. 3 Supplied and fitted my kitchen, complete with Neff hide and slide oven and microwave and fridge freezer. Worktop was fitted with marble quartz. I am so happy with the result of all work. My kitchen was a challenge given yo Andy due to the size. He most certainly met that challenge and designed and advised me at each stage. I have used Andy's team before when having work done in my previous home eg having a boiler and radiators fitted, a new shower and bed taps. It was a no brained to use them again. They are all lovely lads and provide a top quality job. They come when they say they will (a rarity these days) A big thank you to Andy, Dean, Sam and Matt. They are so friendly.

I recently used AJ Marsden Ltd for a new Boiler to replace my old one and also upgrade to a Hive Smart Thermostat at the same time. I was super impressed with every step of this journey, from initial fast response from Andy and site visit within 24hrs to understand what was required in more detail, followed by same day competitive quote. The team that fitted the boiler, Dean and Sam, were also first class, arrived on time, very friendly and professional and completed all the work in one day with no issues. Hive Thermostat was fitted at the same time by Phil the electrician and he also corrected a few wiring issues from previous install. After a few days we felt the water was hotter than should be and Dean kindly offered to come out to adjust next day at 8am, which eventually was not required but impressed that it was offered. Overall, great service from an experienced team and would have no hesitation highly recommending to my friends and family.

AJ Marsden recently fitted a new bathroom. Andy came out to measure up. He then sent out different ideas and links to brochures. Andy also suggested shops we could visit to see items. The quote was set out clearly, detailing every item. The team of Dean, Sam and Matt were very polite, friendly and professional. They kept us informed of what they would be doing each day and left our home as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. The job was completed on time. There were a couple of minor issues afterwards, but after contacting Andy these were resolved straight away. We are really pleased with our new bathroom and would recommend the company.

I first contacted the firm by email via their website and Andrew came round to discuss what I needed. He sent me links to catalogues so I could browse through some different bathroom units etc. Once I’d chosen, he then gave me a detailed quote. I kept changing my mind but he revised the quote and we agreed everything. There was no pressure at any time and Andrew gave me loads of helpful advice. I was replacing the sinks in the bathroom and downstairs loo with new sinks and cabinets, a new folding shower screen, wall cupboard and a couple of other bits. The guys turned up on time and were cheerful and friendly. The units they fitted are beautiful quality and their workmanship was outstanding. They finished earlier than expected and cleared every scrap away, every bit of packaging and all the sinks and other bits they’d removed. They left the place spotless and I’m so pleased with the new units and folding shower screen.

When we needed a new radiator we had no hesitation in contacting Andy. The company has done excellent previous work for us in the past and we have always been happy with the work. Dean came and did the job and as always he left us clean and tidy. You know if there are any problems (which there wasn't) you only have to phone and they will always come. I would definitely recommend this company

Had a good look around the internet for best appropriate boiler for our needs, then got a few quotes, some online some in person, phoned Andy and arranged time and date for his quote, He arrived bang on time , we explained we wanted a new boiler to replace old one, quick look around and told us what he recommended for the boiler type (same one I thought of 👍) and what the job would entail and how long it would take, also went on to say all floor area would be covered . Promised itemized quote would be delivered next day and so it was. Happy with price very competitive. We fixed the installation date and waited. Day 1, Dean and Sam turned up 8.30 , introduced themselves and removed shoes as they entered. Promptly layed the floor covering down then started dismantling old boiler, they worked quickly and had a short lunch break, by the end of first day new boiler installed with minimum of fuss or mess, left everything tidy for us and departed, Day 2 , arrived 8.30 asked if everything was ok with heating overnight, finished off installation, did chemical flush of system constantly checking for leaks etc, removed old tank etc from loft and cleared every bit of rubbish away, last minute checks everywhere, They then show and explained everything on the boiler controls and on the remote. All told an excellent experience from start to finish, no hassle no dramas. Extremely professional company with excellent communication and would definitely use again and recommend.

We had Dean and Sam from AJ Marsden working in our home for 2 days, everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. From Andy coming to quote us in the first place, to job finished, it has run smoothly. Even with the large amount of work they had to do to install our new boiler in its new site and remove all our old tanks etc, the mess was kept to a minimum and they cleared up after themselves each day.

Whilst looking for Worcester Bosch Accredited boiler installers I visited the website of A J Marsden Ltd and was impressed by the presentation and the reviews. I contacted Andrew Marsden and made an appointment for him to call at my home to discuss a possible contract. I was made to feel completely at ease in talking about our requirements and agreed for Andrew to provide a quotation for a particular boiler together with an installation date . The actual installer was Dean Marsden and was completed in a very competent and efficient manner. Dean was very friendly throughout the installation and I have no hesitation in recommending A J Marsden Ltd as a Worcester Bosch Boiler installer. I actually had a query about the boiler operation a few days after installation and this was very quickly resolved when Dean visited a few days later.

We have used Dean 4 times before, for various installation works to en suites and tanks, so no hesitation in asking him again when a new gas boiler was required. As usual, work was done efficiently, respectfully, on time and to budget. When unexpectedly some electrical safety work was required, Dean arranged a qualified electrician to come that day and resolve the issue, at no charge to us. Ie the quote was fully honoured. We are so glad we chose Marsden’s to fit and tile our new bathroom. We cannot praise Andrew, Dean, Sam and Matt highly enough for their vision, professionalism, excellent workmanship and friendliness (nothing was too much trouble!). The work was completed on schedule to a very high standard and for a very competitive price. Everyone worked exceptionally hard and treated our home with respect, they were very clean and tidy workers. The finished product is a really smart contemporary bathroom. We would not hesitate to use Marsden’s for any future projects and to recommend them to family and friends.

AJ Marsden installed and commissioned an Ambidente Underfloor heating system. It was installed in the timeframe they gave me with no problems at all. Also supplied the Tiler Matt who also provided a top-class installation. Very professional outfit, which is quite refreshing in the current climate and a pleasure to deal.

Used this company for a boiler service, they appeared efficient and proficient in what they were doing. Arrived on time, explained what was being done and was thorough.

When we needed a new boiler we didn't hesitate to get in touch with Andy. From start to finish the job went perfectly. Andy sorted everything out for us and Dean and Sam did a fantastic job. They are so polite and hard working. They never stopped until the job was finished. Everything was left clean and tidy. I didn't expect anything else as recently they re did our ensuite. We needed quite a few jobs doing from installing new radiators to fixing leaking pipes and noisy pipes. AJ Marsden took the time to understand the issues and work out the best solutions for them. On the day they checked anything through with us before going ahead to make sure we were happy with the positioning etc or finding the exact location of the issue and we are really happy we chose to use them. Compared with other traders we have had working on our new house they were the most professional and have already recommended to family and friends.

First time in using this company. Dean came and carried out a boiler service. Would have no hesitation using him again. After reading the reviews thought I would give them a go. So pleased I did. Andy and his team have been extremely professional from the initial quotation to the final installation. Dean and Sam carried out the installation. They arrived on time and prepared their working area to protect carpets. They were polite, friendly and took time to answer any questions. New toilet fitted and a variety of other plumbing problems solved, on time and at very reasonable cost. I would recommend this company to anyone, great service and give peace of mind with the work carried out.

Andy is excellent - we had boiler problems over winter and he came round the next day to replace a leaking part. When we found out our radiators were only luke-warm a couple days later, he was happy to return, flush out the system and only leave when we were satisfied. We've used A J Marsden for a couple years to service the boiler, but this was the 1st time we've had a problem and they were great to be able to squeeze us in, while we had heating problems and a baby in the house. Great service!

Andy, Lee & team installed my Worcester Bosch just over 10 years ago, from initial contact, through install, right through to the annual service carried out today, the service provided has never disappointed. You don't just get a boiler, you get a lifetime of aftercare & support, I am able to make that statement from over 10 years worth of aftercare & annual service visits. Worth every penny. Sam came today & is a credit to Andy & AJ Marsden as a company. Wouldn't trust anyone other than AJ Marsden, to look after my Boiler.

Sam (fully masked) arrived at the scheduled time and checked the safety of the household due to covid restrictions. He proceeded to carry out the service with no problems from what I saw ... cleaned filters checked gas pressure etc., and gave me some advice on the possibility of extending the balanced flue pipe. At my request, he also checked a leaking radiator valve and gave feedback. A very tidy and efficient worker, good rapport with the customer and I'm very satisfied with the work carried out.

I am so pleased with the new ensuite. The lads were brilliant. The job was done very professionally. They came when they said they would and cleaned up every night. The standard of work was second to non. I would like to thank Andy for great organisation Dean and Sam the plumbers, Phil the electrician, and Matt the tiler. I contacted AJ Marsden when our boiler packed in during the beginning of lockdown in March. I was working on the front line at the hospital and was worried at the time that no-one would come given the situation! A J Marsden came right away and fitted us with a brand new boiler. Excellent, friendly service! They then came back to fit us a beautiful kitchen. The time and effort taken to create the designs was amazing. A J Marsden even came up with ideas that I wouldn't have thought of and gave great input. They worked so hard to give us our perfect kitchen and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank You A J Marsden!

Found this company via Which trusted trader and used them to replace my boiler. Dean was a pleasant, friendly, polite and professional person. The work was done quickly and to a high standard with everything left very tidy when finished. Will definitely be using AJ Marsden again when I replace my downstairs toilet. Highly recommended.
