I cannot tell about the work, time will tell, but the whole experience was really smooth. All questions were answered, I was shown similar jobs they had completed in the past, on time for appointments, got a quote promptly, the works took place soon after quote acceptance, the disruption was minimal, the result impressive and everything was left clean and tidy. The price was within market I would say, I picked them because they explained really well what they are doing as well as the options. They gave me lot of confidence and peace of mind about their work and gave me a feeling that they really know what they are doing and have significant experience. Very polite and professional too. Keep up the good work!

Really pleased upon completion of recent work to board out my loft and install new loft ladder - originally found details on Checkatrade and was promptly contacted to arrange visit to quote. Fair price with clear explanation on process and cost options. Availability was reasonable wait to book an appointment, and impressed today by quickness of work completed (by 3 guys) to finish all in one day. We had a fantastic experience with Access4Lofts Bromley, who completed our loft boarding yesterday. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked in a tidy and organised way, kept everything clean throughout, and finished the job in great time without ever making us feel rushed. The quality of the boarding is excellent and has completely transformed the space. We are absolutely delighted with the result. It has given us so much more usable storage and was far more affordable than we expected. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, efficient and reasonably priced service.

Kit and Ming worked very hard to install loft flooring and new light, and were helpful and courteous, I was grateful. Looking forward to transferring all the house junk I can't bear to throw away.

From my first contact with Ryan through to completion, I cannot fault him and his team. Ryan came round and discussed what I was looking to achieve and the different options available and provided a comprehensive quote. He was very accommodating when I needed to make some changes, and it was very reassuring being able to chat through. I received a reminder text the day before the scheduled work date and on the day the team turned up as expected. They couldn’t have been nicer, were very considerate and went through the brief before they started. They were also flexible when at the last minute we decided to enlarge the loft which then meant they had to build a new hatch surround. The quality of the workmanship is 100% and I now have a beautifully boarded loft, new drop down loft hatch and a ladder that now works!!!! And they tidied up brilliantly afterwards. Extremely professional. I am so pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.
