Communication with this company was good from the start, mostly by email. Based on advice given, we booked an appointment for the work to be done. They arrived on day agreed and performed the work very swiftly and efficiently. Upon arrival, Ryan surveyed the work to be done and proposed some changes to the original specification at a reduced cost to us. When the work was completed, Ryan took time to demonstrate the working of the ladder, and his colleague cleaned the site before leaving. We were impressed by the speed of the work and the positive and helpful attitude of Ryan and his colleague.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job on my loft space, transforming it from a dingy unusable space to a highly usable, insulated, accessible storage area. They were very professional and discussed all the options with me before presenting me with a quote. I found the costs reasonable and everything was fully itemised. On the day of the work they were punctual, efficient, and did a very neat job. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me some instruction in how to pull down and retract the ladder. They even took away some rubbish the previous owners had left in the loft, for an extra charge. I'm thrilled with the service and with the result.

I contacted this company, and Angel very quickly responded on the phone, giving me options for ladder installation. After advice from her, I chose one, and a date was arranged. Ryan arrived on time, politely introduced himself, and went to inspect the loft hatch. He called me to explain what needed to be done and advised me best option for ladder installation. Having an agreed plan of action, he commenced the work. It was completed in 2 hours, and he then explained how the ladder operated. I paid for the work, and he promised to send an Invoice as a lifetime guarantee and also a video link again showing how to safely operate the ladder. These arrived in under 2 hrs via e-mail. Ryan hoovered the site and left it spotless. A job very well done, and I would 100% recommend him.

Can't speak highly enough of Ryan and his team in Bromley. Ryan provided a very reasonable quote, and the team who did the work were polite and hardworking. As far as I can tell, the work has been carried out to a high standard, and overall, I'm very happy with the end result. I had loft boarding fitted + old water tank removed + insulation refitted, + loft hatch enlarged with new wooden ladder installed.

Ryan and his team put flooring in my loft and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. From booking in the appointment to the guys showing up on time, with branded uniforms and the finished work was on point! Overall a great experience with a very professional and capable company. Ryan & co completed work in my loft on 23rd June which took 3 days in total. The work involved lifting up existing tongue and groove boarding covering the entire loft space, prizing up some very tightly fitted PIR insulation, trimming the PIR, refitting the PIR along with some traditional soft insulation and refitting the boards. The tight-fitting PIR insulation (not fitted by Ryan) was expanding in hot weather, causing some noises which we wanted to cut out. This was tricky work, which was completed to a high standard and more than met my expectations. The workers were very hardworking and respectful, taking away rubbish and tidying up daily. I would not hesitate in recommending them, they did a great job !!

The service provided was excellent, from Ryan’s initial visit when he outlined our options and the job was accepted he arrived on time and completed the job within the time stated. We were pleased with the finished job and would be happy to recommend Ryan’s company to those in need of a loft ladder.

Communications were excellent throughout with Angel quickly answering all our questions. On the hottest day of the year, Kit and the team worked tirelessly from early morning ‘til late evening to finish the attic. They were incredibly polite and professional throughout, and did an amazing job, clearing and cleaning everything before leaving. The attic looks great and we are thrilled with the results. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Ryan gave me complete confidence when visiting my home to discuss my requirements. He offered expert advice and alternative solutions. Quotation was sent same day and competitively priced. Once accepted a date was given, unfortunately for me due to the amount of work Ryan has on, I had to wait nearly 8 weeks. On the day Ryan discussed the work to be undertaken to ensure I was still happy with the scope. The guys took great care in protecting carpets and set to work.
