My name is Richard and I’m your Liverpool South based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Access4lofts did a brilliant job. So neat, tidy and really quick. The man that installed the loft hatch was polite, and I felt comfortable with him in my home. The loft hatch and ladders look great, you can’t notice it, and it was demonstrated to me fully before he left. Great value for money I think and well work doing.

I phoned the trader to see if they could arrive earlier which they did. When they arrived, they put coverings over the stairs and landing and told me everything they'd be doing before they started the work. Then they got on with the job, making very little noise, and completing it within about two hours. They left no mess whatsoever and explained how the telescopic ladder worked, ensuring I understood how to use it. Afterwards, they gave me a receipt and lifetime guarantee.

I had a deluxe wooden ladder and loft boards installed. I also had an additional safety grab rail inside the loft. Communication and advice about my needs with Richard was excellent. He fully understood what I was looking for and my safety concerns. Richard arrived on time and completed the job in a shorter timeframe than originally anticipated. Super quick and very professional and very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Richard and would use again. Professional job well executed.

They were recommended by a family member and after having seen first-hand the job they did, we chose them, they did not disappoint. First class job all round, thoroughly professional from start to finish. I could not rate Richard any higher, he came to timescales, put dust sheets down, finished the insulation and boarding due to the removal of a water tank. The price and paperwork was produced very professionally. He even supplied me with plyword free of charge. You don't get many traders like that. Would definitely recommend.
