Contacted Access4Lofts for a quotation regarding a loft ladder and boarded the floor of the loft. I received a prompt response and visit to provide an estimate for the work. Several options were provided and at no time did I feel under pressure to accept the most expensive option or indeed any of the options. We took a couple of days to consider the options and contacted Acces4Lofts to arrange a mutually agreed date for the installation of Hatch and Loft Ladder. On the day of installation the installer arrived promptly at 9 AM laid out dust sheets where needed, explained how long it would take and got on with the job. On completion the installer demonstrated how the Loft Ladder worked and ensured that I was completely happy with the work. Happy days the invoice was cheaper than the quotation and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I would happily recommend Acces4Lofts as a very professional firm.

The initial survey was very informative to discuss NHBC warranty and available options for the loft space we have. We managed to get an appointment in for the work soon after which was great. The work on the day was seamless and professional. I was pleased with the care given to our with protections laid across all of our flooring to ensure no damage and mess. All of our carpets are new being a new house so this was reassuring. The completed product is fantastic and we are happy with the space we have in the loft now. The ladder and flooring fitted feels solid and care was taken around fittings in the loft. A good demonstration was given for safety use and we have comfort in the warranty provided. We are really happy with the value provided for a fair price and professional installation.
