Excellent service from initial quote to final installation. I was not sure if a loft ladder would fit but after a survey. Dave provided a workable solution. The work was conducted on time, to cost and with excellent workmanship. Pleased with result.

Access4Lofts is a very focused franchise ~ they do one thing and they do it well. The range of actual ladders is deliberately few because what they have is entirely suitable for the obvious purpose. Even better, when it comes to actual installation, their team are highly experienced In the task in hand which means they are quick and good at it. In my case, what I wanted was a much bigger "hole" in the ceiling as I intended to get some quite bulky items into my loft. The "surveyor" talked me through the options and explained why I did not need a new ladder because what I had was correct for purpose. (There was no hard sell for an unnecessary "upgrade".) Having agreed the scope of the task, the rest went like well-maintained clockwork. The job was scheduled for a time that suited me and Dave: arrived promptly; checked that the specification was still correct; helped me decide on a small piece of detail (the actual positioning of the ladder); gave an accurate estimate of the time required; and, tidied up afterwards. All in all, it was an excellent evolution from start to finish. I have no problems at all about recommending Access4Lofts as providers of an excellent service.

From booking a quote, through to the day of installation the company was very helpful and made everything really straightforward. Easily contactable via email, sorting out the quote and arranging a date for installation was really easy. On the day of installation, the installers arrived promptly at 9am and were both friendly. They were very careful to look after our house during the installation. We are really happy with the end result, with a loft that is now insulated, boarded and has an easy access ladder to get in and out of the roof. Couldn't recommend the company more, an all around professional and thorough service.

Dave and his team turned up on time and worked quickly, tidily and as quietly as possible to install a new loft hatch and ladder, insulation of loft boarding all within 1.5 days. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would definitely recommend.

Access4Lofts carried out the upgrading of our existing loft insulation to bring it up to present day standards. This also included reinforcing the insulation to the cold water storage tank and associated pipework within the roof space. They also as requested, cut up and removed from the roof an old rubber water tank so that we could dispose of it for recycling. The work was carried out very efficiently with the absolute minimum of fuss or inconvenience, we have no hestitation in giving our recomendation for Access4Lofts to anyone considering work of this nature.
