The team at Access4Lofts installed around 9m2 of flooring in the loft of our new build property. The team arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. They made sure we understood what they did and importantly that the install did not affect our NHBC certificate. The work was of excellent standard and we’d highly recommend them to anyone else in future.

Dave of Lofts4Us gave us a quote at the end of last year which we accepted and he advised work would commence 07/02/22. On 06/2 we were contacted to ensure we were ready for the installation and Dave arrived promptly at 09:00 as previously advised. Dave was polite and friendly and proceeded to cover carpets on stairs and landing. He did not need any assistance and carried out work without any disruption to us. There was minimal noise and no mess. He finished the job quicker than we expected and then ran us through the workings of the ladder he had installed and asked us to inspect the loft flooring he had installed. Everything ran really smooth from start to finish and would highly recommend Dave and Lofts4Us.

I needed more storage space in my new build bungalow. Access4lofts gave me a reasonable price. They were prompt to commence the job - after giving me reminders by text which was helpful. The actual work of boarding out the loft, fitting a light and ladder, were done cleanly and tidily. Can't believe that it was completed in only three hours. I was taught how to use the ladder. I was also advised about loading limits on the actual boards. All in all a very pleasant experience and thanks to a competent tradesman.

Loft space work carried out, board laying, loft ladder, light and hatch installation and old water tank removal. Arrived on time and friendly and polite. Had all the equipment needed to do the job, including dust sheets. Very clean and tidy work all completed in a day, and gave a full demonstration of the ladder ad hatch. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

An excellent service from start to finish. The quote was quickly sent and the work completed on time. The company were very professional, clean and tidy with a high standard of workmanship. New van that was clean with a good livery in my experience usually a good sign on its own. A very pleasing end result and no large deposit required, in fact no deposit was asked for and no money was asked for until all the work had been completed. Overall a very high quality and professional service.
