Access4Lofts St Austell arrived on time, were efficient in their work and ensured the work was to my satisfaction. They're a good outfit and I'd recommend them to others.

Grant & Toby were extremely professional and respectful of our property. They turned up on time, gave good advice and provided a quality service. They left the property clean and ensured we understood how to work the new loft ladder. Can't fault them at all. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The fitter arrived promptly, he was friendly and got to work straight away. I left him at the property for the day, came home to a perfectly installed loft hatch and my home was clean and tidy just as i had left it. Trustworthy, efficient service. Would highly recommend

I neede the loft hatch relocating, a ladder installed and partial floor boarded. Grant came round and talked through the options and sent me a couple of quotes. I chose a wooden ladder with handrail, it wasn't much more expensive than the aluminium ladder but was in more keeping with my old cottage. They came when they said they would,bdid a professional top quality job in 2 days, and took time to show me how the ladder worked. They put dust sheets down where they were working and through the house and hoovered up afterw ards. Fab job, great workmen, top company!

I have had several lofts reclaimed for storage but this was by far and away the best ever, and not the most expensive either. The insulated cladding is top notch, the boarding is excellent and the wooden ladder a huge bonus with it's extra handrails - making the access so much easier. The guys even went the extra mile and added better lighting and sockets, The job wasn't without it's snags but Grant rose to the occasion and dealt with things in his usual cheery manner. Added to this they left everything very clean and tidy. I can definitely recommend this team.

Grant delivered exactly what he promised he would. I am extremely pleased with the end result, a new deluxe wooden loft ladder and a new boarded loft floor (9 m x 2.14m). Grant noticed a small production fault with the spring on the loft ladder door so came back the following morning to fit a new replacement door. Outstanding service and a real focus on providing a high quality product.

Grant was extremely professional and very helpful throughout, and inspired confidence from the outset. He initially assessed our loft space and came up with some great suggestions for how it could be best developed, that we hadn’t previously considered. The work itself was finished quickly, with minimal disruption and to an extremely high standard. We are delighted with our new loft space- it has allowed us to de-clutter our house! Thank you Grant!

Grant was recommended by a relative of ours who had him board their loft. We wanted loft insulation but not foam, we contacted Grant left a message and got a prompt response he came and supplied a quote to us and arranged a convenient installation date but will no pressure or hard sell. Our loft is open to next door so at the last minute our neighbour agreed to do his so we contacted Grant and he agreed to do both on same appointment. He was running late but rang to advise of delay and revised arrival time just 25 minutes later, this was due to having to get additional materials. He used next doors loft access for ease but apparently left no mess and was very professional. A genuine tradesman who deserves recommendation.
