I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

A courier dumped a large box on to our brand new lightly coloured hall carpet, without realising it had a lump of black axle grease on the bottom! Disaster - black streak and dark round stain with greasy lumps. Researched solutions but apparent a professional was the only sensible route to go. Searched for reliable local tradesman and found Advanced Clean with good reviews, so phoned John, explained the problem and within two hours he arrived! One hour later he left, having very successfully removed every trace of the grease and the stains. John is a lovely man, courteous, knowledgeable and his expertise returned my wife from being a very worried lady back to her usual happy state. We intend to have Advanced Clean back very soon to clean our dining room carpet.

This is the second time I have used John. He has just cleaned my father's carpets. He did a fantastic job and we didn't have to empty every room, like most companies require. John also took precautions to ensure the job was done safely. Can't recommend John highly enough, He does a great job and is a really nice person. Added bonus.

This is the second time I have used John and yet again he has done a fantastic job. Always professional and does an incredibly thorough job. The carpets he cleaned for us were not in a great state but John managed to get all the stains out leaving it looking and smelling lovely. I would highly recommend.

John came to clean the carpet and upholstery in the flat. The end result was excellent. Sofas are like new now and the carpet is fully restored to its original plushness and most of the stains (years upon years of it) are now gone.

John did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, removing some very stubborn stains in the front room, stairs and landing. He was polite and courteous and I was especially appreciative that he came on a Sunday to accommodate my work from home schedule. He also went the extra mile to secure the handrail on my staircase - a testament to the genuine and kind person he is.

There were two areas of carpet that John was asked to clean and the end result is brilliant. One carpet had some long standing stains which looked difficult to remove but with careful preparation and all the necessary cleaning fluids and equipment he was able to bring both carpets back to looking clean, fresh and stain free.
