Alex and Gary installed my new Front Door. Excellent attention to detail and very clean and tidy workmanship. Delighted with the result.

We had three windows and our front door replaced. Alex responded promptly to my initial request for an estimate, and sent a reasonable estimate shortly afterwards. He did not try to persuade me to replace windows that didn't need replacing, which I found reassuring. He kept me informed as to the progress of the order from his supplier. On the agreed day for the installation he arrived promptly at eight am and covered all relevant carpets and furniture to protect them from dust. He and his colleague worked efficiently and professionally. All three windows were finished by two pm and we were briefed on the mechanics of the lock on the new front door. The finished work was excellent and they cleared up thoroughly, leaving nothing behind. I heartily recommend this company.

This is the third time that Alex Dobson has done work for me and my family over the years. This time it was to replace a rotting wooden stable door with a UPVC one. I asked Alex to replace all the windows in my house, a big job. From the start, Alex was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. During the time from placing the order and the arrival of the windows for fitting, Alex kept me informed of the progress at the factory, delivery day and what I should expect once he and his team came on site. His customer service ethic is outstanding. The job was completed on time. On the last day, Alex and Gary tidied up everything and took away the old windows and frames, leaving me with the new windows in a tidy home.
