Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication and time management very good. Alex Dobson and Gary fitted windows, french doors and fascia boards. The overall standard of workmanship was brillient and faultless. I asked Alex to replace all the windows in my house, a big job. From the start, Alex was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. During the time from placing the order and the arrival of the windows for fitting, Alex kept me informed of the progress at the factory, delivery day and what I should expect once he and his team came on site. His customer service ethic is outstanding. The job was completed on time. On the last day, Alex and Gary tidied up everything and took away the old windows and frames, leaving me with the new windows in a tidy home. I’m delighted with the new fitted windows - they look even better than I expected!

Some friends recommended Alex when we moved house and wanted all our windows and front door changed. We got some other quotes anyway but Alex was very reasonably priced. He was very accommodating with all our changes and indecisions too. Communication was very clear and installation dates were actually quick compared to the other suppliers we contacted. Onsite, he and his colleague Garry were super efficient, diligent, tidy and really friendly and lovely. They did a really good job and made good nicely. Couldn't recommend Alex more!
