The Outfit understood customer focus and conception to completion. We found him patient, helpful and knowledgeable on design and product. Comfortable to go with him against the big boys in the industry based on cost and trustworthiness. Excellent at what he does and tidying up after himself. Completed within the time promised. When we called back over a manufacturing fault Alex turn the next day and promised a replacement window. One the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with, no stories, no shortcuts. A mutual respect all round. Happy to recommend him to my grandmother and others.

Alex Dobson personally replaced all the windows and doors in our 1970's detached 4 bedroomed house. This included a new front door, a pair of very large patio doors and triple glazed full wall sized window. I would highly recommend Alex Dobson. His work is of a very high standard and he works very hard. He ensures that each room is completed in a day, to minimize disruption and discomfort. He is helpful and courteous, always arrives on time and completes work within the agreed timescale. He does not put you under any pressure for extra work. He goes the 'extra mile' to ensure customer satisfaction; in my case he created, from scratch, a neat platform for my cat to help her access the cat-flap! The materials he uses are of high quality. The end result was excellent. A terrific contractor!
