I can highly recommend this company for a stairlift. From the very first enquiry to fitting the stairlift everything went smoothly and great communication. The stairlift has enabled my dad to now get upstairs safely.

My Acorn 180 Curve stairlift broke down with what I now know was an overspeed governor fault with broken bearings and wheels. The engineers arrived promptly on a friday afternoon before a bank holiday but had to remove the carriage from the track and take it to their workshop to fix it. They put in new parts and returned it a few days later and it is now working perfectly. Throughout it all their engineers were quiet, clean and competent and I was kept fully informed at all times. Considering the work involved, the final bill was a lot less than I was expecting and I would not hesitate to recommend Associated Stairlifts to anyone who needs stairlift services.

The company was chosen after carrying out a review of providers. Their whole attitude to the product is customer based, with value high on the agenda. The fitting team were pleasant and competent in their approach to construction of the lift on the stairs. On completion they cleaned up and explained the operation and what to do to ensure ongoing functionality. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring a lift for a family member with mobility problems.

Installed a stairlift at my parents property. Excellent service, job completed on time as per specifications and included a quick demonstration as to how to use it. Would highly recommend associated stairlifts and the engineer Rory.

My 90yo cousin is absolutely dependent on her stairlift, which she had fitted last year. Last Friday evening it failed late evening. Calls to Associated Stairlifts led to an emergency call out on Saturday 16th. The engineer fixed a couple of technical issues in a warm and friendly way, even though he'd just driven from Peterborough in difficult weather. My cousin thought it wouldn't be fixed till the next week so she was delighted. Well done, Andy Lewis and his team.

I can’t fault the service from Associated Stairlifts. After my mother-in-law accidentally jammed her walking stick into the stairlift mechanism and broke it, I contacted the office to arrange a repair. The office staff were quick to respond, extremely polite, and very reassuring. They arranged a repair promptly, and by the very next day the stairlift was fully fixed and working perfectly again. A genuinely efficient and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Today this company fitted a stairlift for us the engineer Rory completed the job and explained how to use,I would recommend this company very happy customer.

Making a decision to have a stairlift fitted in my home, I contacted my brother to ask which company he had used to supply and fit his stairlift, he replied that he had used Associated Stairlifts of Oadby, and added that he could not recommend them enough from his first enquiry to the finished job they were absolutely first class. I therefore made contact with them and spoke with a lovely helpful lady on the telephone, who within 10 minutes of my putting the telephone down had emailed me a brochure, she also very helpfully made an appointment for a surveyor to visit me on the 27th November, she also asked me if I wished to have a provisional fitting date booked should I accept the quote, which I agreed to this being the 2nd December. The surveyor arrived on time and was absolutely first class, everything was explained clearly, costs and options were also explained and not a hint of any pressure selling whatsoever, in fact an incredibly interesting and satisfying experience, needless to say I booked his services. I was also offered an earlier fitting date of the 1st December which I accepted. On the morning of the 1st Rory the fitter arrived with his assistant, and they were exemplary in their work methods, and within less than two hours the stairlift was fitted and a demonstration given. I am happy to say that this company’s representatives from the lady on the telephone, the surveyor and the fitters epitomised all that is good in excellent customer friendly care. Thank you.

Really good family firm everything explained and very clear on the total cost. Wonderful service from the lady who answer our inquiry to the completion of the work. Very please with the stair lift.
