All our engineers and plumbers are qualified with over 10 years experience in the industry. We can tackle all your plumbing needs from routine tasks to major repairs and brand-new installations. Adam let us down and we found him unresponsive. We chased him up with an email and several phone messages both to his mobile and landline but we did not hear from him. He asserted he had not responded because our email had gone into his spam folder. Thanks to the helpful intervention of Which he eventually refunded our payment "as a gesture of goodwill".

I have finally found a plumber who is reliable, hard working, conscientious and gets the job done. I have called upon Adam a few times recently and he has solved the problem every time. He also fitted me in when he had a busy schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on AZ Plumbing again.

Adam was back soon after the annual service as the boiler timer had failed. It was replaced in a few minutes and we can once again have it turned off at night. It's always a pleasure to see Adam and we are always very happy with his attention.

Adam and Kirsty provided an excellent service. Adam recognised the problem within 15 minutes of arriving. Adam replaced the valve within the boiler which resolved the problem of noisy pipes. They both offered explanations and advice about plumbing in my home. Adam later replaced a faulty kitchen tap. They were considerate and tidy, clear about the charges and kept me informed of arrival times. A very professional service provided. I would highly recommend them.

Always my go to plumbers. Have had them do quite a bit of work now. Fitting new radiators, heating system, performing a flush and replacing pipework where necessary on a renovation job. Up front costs, honest assessments and hard workers. I've used them 4 times now and won't go anywhere else.

The most recent of many regular, annual service visits for our boiler from Adam. While he was here he also got our dishwasher and hob back in working order. It is always a pleasure to see Adam again and we wouldn't think of asking anybody else to do our annual boiler service. What more can I say?

Fixing my Vaillant boiler
Adam and Kirsty replaced a bathroom tap and fixed my Vaillant boiler. Adam is thorough and pays attention to the details. He has high standards and is conscientious. He takes his job and professional code seriously and was meticulous in diagnosing the problem, recording the evidence and suggesting a remedy. Adam even offered an alternative engineer to take on the repair job while he was on holiday. They are reliable, easy to deal with and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
