About

We are a local, family run company based in Plymouth. Our company was set up by my dad, Brian Pedrick back in 1982 and is now run by my wife, Natalie Pedrick and myself, Richard Pedrick. We have engineers that have worked for us for over 30 years and all our apprentices attend the local college, Plymouth City College. Our engineers are Gas safe and Oftec registered which means they have been certified by the official bodies to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally within your home.

I was impressed with the professionalism from initial survey to job completion. While the job was hugely disruptive to the internal infrastructure of the property it was progressed in a timely fashion and the house was left in clean and tidy condition. I am a very satisfied customer.

Very happy already had them previously so decided to use them again. Their time keeping was spot on, they only needed to come back to sort out the clock but they come back quickly to fix it at the day and time they said they would. Definitely recommend
