B & R Heating Ltd delivered a thoroughly professional service from first contact to completion.

We had quotes from 3 local contractors to replace our boiler. Richard was knowledgeable and talked through the options, listened to our requirements and submitted the best and best value quote. Booking the date was very efficient and the guys turned up on the appointed day at the expected time. They installed the boiler into a tricky space removing the old one and taking all the old parts and packaging away with them. The installation was efficient and they guys were polite and very professional. I'd have no hesitation in recommending B&R - they did a great job for an excellent price.

Having got in a few gas boiler installers to discuss replacing an old boiler, with care to the existing set up, it was Richard from B&R that impressed me most with attention to detail, clear explanations and understanding of my needs. Particularly impressed when a question arising from electrical wiring set up between the pump location and the boiler that may scupper a new boiler choice (they're 2 floors apart), meant Richard called in his friendly electrical contractor to take a look, who gave it the all clear. It was a winner all round when the quote was just less than my 2nd place choice, and the install was undertaken with consultation about best position for the new boiler to minimise disruption outside with the flue location, and inside for plumbing needs. Richard worked solidly, professionally, and tidily. All in all, thoroughly recommended, happy to support a local company, and we'll no doubt be talking about annual servicing. Thank you B&R Heating!

Had boiler serviced on 01/11/17. I Was contacted to ask me if service engineer could visit EARLIER than agreed! Engineer was punctual, professional, very friendly and offered us some great tips for keeping our boiler working properly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the charge. Went to the office to pay on 02/11/17 and was very impressed by the friendliness of the company receptionist who took the payment. Would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. Thank you.

After shopping around we found B and R Heating and we are really glad we did, their quote was competitively priced and all of the work was done in a very clean manner with as little disruption as possible, even down to wearing shoe covers when coming round for the original quote!! We've been looking for someone who could install a new boiler for us. The plumbers I've called were rude but luckily I've found B&R Heating. Natalie, Richard and the team were all amazing. Very professional and friendly. We had our new boiler fitted before Christmas, shortly after the home visit. The quote took only couple of days and was presented to us very professionally. The engineers came on time, as promised, they were very knowledgeable and incredibly tidy. Richard popped in to see us in the morning too. Our new combi boiler was fitted in one day, mind you, we had the old system boiler, so there was more work involved. We couldn't be happier. The customer service is fantastic and they have done a great job. We've received all our documents in post shortly after. We used Richard and his team to install a new a boiler for us . From the start to finish we found them extremely professional clean prompt polite with a nice tidy neat job .We would highly recommend as we had a bad experience with a plumber before . It is nice to see there still good quality tradesmen about.

I arranged for B & R Heating to fit a new boiler for my disabled sister who usually finds it difficult dealing with traders. The people she dealt with from this company were polite and professional throughout. The cost was 50% cheaper than a national company quoted for the same boiler! When my oil fired boiler failed in Jan 2017, I approached B&R Heating and several other boiler companies for quotations. B&R Heating responded within 24 hours and visited the property 2 days later and over a weekend to assess the problem. By Tuesday of the following week, the new parts had been fitted and the boilers were back on line. This I might add was during one of the coldest spells in Cornwall. I found both Richard and his wife Natalie to be extremely helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. The costs were very reasonable and Richard went the extra mile to check the whole system out to ensure no other problems existed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, should the need arise.

I use B&R Heating at work, where they put in two boilers some years ago. Being very impressed with them, I gave them a call when my boiler at home packed in. Someone was round the next day to have a look. New boiler was the recommended outcome, but this wasn't a pushy or forced decision, other options were discussed too. New boiler was quickly installed at a good price with the bonus of a long Worcester guarantee that B&R are able to offer. I needed a new boiler and cold called B&R plus two others. Richard was the only one to turn up as arranged and get quotes for alternatives sorted out promptly and efficiently. The job itself went smoothly and everything was left clean and tidy. In the meantime, Richard's wife Natalie kept in contact with me via email in a way which was supportive rather than pushy. Used B & R Heating over 15 years ago when Richard was an apprentice, was happy with the work carried out then. We have just had a new boiler fitted which was installed neatly & cleanly in spite of a kitchen cupboard that decided it didn't want to play fair!! but Richard tamed it & put it back better than it was before. After a lot of research and quotes, we chose B & R. Their professional and thorough service from the start far outshone other companies. They were very personable, efficient, communicative and reliable. We were very happy with the installation, our house has been toastie and our shelf is still on the wall (they even put this back up for us after I overloaded the jam jars) We couldn't recommend them enough, many thanks.

Excellent company. Gave me great advice and extremely good quote on the work to be done. Fitters arrived smack on time and carried out the job of replacing my old boiler very efficiently and with no mess. Was also given a complete run down on how to operate the new system and the details of the warranty. I had never used the company before and was so pleased with their work that they are now my service engineers. Would definitely recommend.
