Beautifully Shuttered

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new shutters. They fit perfectly in our kitchen-diner, giving us the right balance of privacy and light, and our family and friends agree they look stunning. The customer service we received was excellent, as Charlie was so friendly and informative the process was easy... 5-stars for everything!

We have just had our new shutters installed on our three storey end terrace. The service throughout has been excellent. From Charlie being prompt to come out and do our quote, regular updates during covid whilst the shutters were built/delivered and an excellent install with friendly persona. We couldn’t recommend highly enough of this service and we are extremely happy with the end product.

A relative recommended Beautifully Shuttered to us. On 13th August 2020 Charlie visited our home, and took measurements in five rooms with a view to having shutters fitted. He was friendly, polite, very helpful and gave us good advice. We also met Charlie at his showroom in Stamford Bridge a couple of days later, and again he was very helpful, with no pressure on us. A few days later we signed up to have the work carried out. On 30th October 2020 this work was carried out by two Beautifully shuttered staff. They arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and carried out their work in a very professional manner. Upon completion of their work, they even hoovered up and left the place spotless. Charlie was helpful and easy to deal with and gave good advice on pre-order inspection of the site. The team who came from Yorkshire to us in Devon were friendly, efficient and work hard. We have been looking for some time for two small bespoke awnings to shade two south facing balcony seats, with no success. As Beautifully Shuttered had recently opened in the village we made an appointment to discuss our requirements. After a number of telephone calls with different companies, which included him sending out pictures and drawings, Charlie unfortunately could not help us, as the size we required was not manufactured by any of his current suppliers. However that did not stop him suggesting other manufacturers who could possibly help, even though he was getting no sale. He went out of his way to assist and I have no doubt that if he uncovers a supplier in the future, he will contact us. Unfortunately the Trustedtrader website will not let me submit the review without completing the rating on "Quality and Value", as well as Customer service and as we did not purchase his products we have added a comment on the quality of products on display in the showroom, which looked excellent. Value we could not comment on, as again we did not purchase, or obtain prices but I have completed the value rating as 5 star to ensure the review can be submitted but have no experience of the value. This is a company that is interested in customer service and not just sales. Well done.

We've been saving up for shutters to fit a very large, complicated bay window in our living room for quite a while. Having got the funds, we wanted to make sure we got a company in that would do the best possible job. We looked at some of the national companies but finally settled on Beautifully Shuttered. It's a business local to the Yorkshire area and doesn't involve any pushy salesmen coming round to your house. I contacted Charlie (the owner) and after a chat over the phone, arranged for him to come around and look at designing and fitting a large set of shutters. He was extremely helpful and informative. We settled on a design and placed the order. They arrived and were fitted very quickly, considering shutters need to be custom made. The fitter was extremely skilled, took his time and we're now left with exactly what we'd hoped for. They have transformed our room! Fitted perfectly and excellent quality. I can't recommend Beautifully Shuttered enough and would have no hesitation in using them again for other windows throughout our house. A brilliant company, run by people who really take pride in what they do.

Charlie has installed shutters in several family members homes, so when we decided to have them fitted in our front room we knew we wanted Charlie and his team to fit them. Charlie gives honest advice about what will work in the space, and is so knowledgeable about the products he supplies. His fitter (Peter) has done a brilliant job installing the shutters, and was incredibly polite. He left our front room spotless and the shutters are great. We are so happy with them.

5 Star! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Well where do I start..... from the moment Charlie turned up at my house and measured up to give me a quote he was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and gave an unbeatable quote! Both Charlie and his joiner (peter) came and fitted shutters to my whole house. They look better than I could have ever imagined! The finish is truly amazing. Not only is the finish amazing they even cleaned up afterwards and brought their own little hoover. Both Charlie and Peter have a fantastic eye for detail and I could not be happier. I’ve have been messaging Charlie most days since putting in my order and nothing is ever too much trouble. I went from having 2 windows done to having my whole house! The quote I got from Charlie was unbeatable and the finish is amazing. I would recommend beautifully shuttered to everyone... not only is the finish great so is the customer service and the price.
