We only employ fully qualified gas engineers who have many years experience to attend to all of your plumbing, heating and gas problems.
We do everything from replacing tap washers to designing and installing heating systems.
We can also advise you on the best Smart Controls to be able to control your heating from your phone.

BeeXpress installed our boiler nearly 10 years ago and has serviced it ever since. We've always had the work done by early autumn, and this year we had it done during the heat of the summer (when we didn't need it for heating or water). We had to change our originally scheduled appointment but BeeXpress found a slot for us just a couple of days later. Ben, the "B" in BeeXpress, is efficient, thorough, and always friendly. We can rely on Ben to do the job right. That's why we've gone to BeeXpress for other plumbing work as well. We can absolutely count on him. (He's also the nicest guy.)

Professional and helpful from an organisational perspective but let down by execution in particular but not only by a leak in the pipework following the moving of a radiator. Having said that they were responsive to addressing the leak and ultimately the work was satisfactorily completed

Ben called in the evening, despite being on a training course during the day; and quickly fixed the leak on the radiator inlet. We had Ben's help last year for more substantial plumbing work, including a new tank in the loft. He is quiet and friendly. He takes the time to analyse plumbing problems accurately. He is very capable and we trust his judgement and advice. We have no hesitation in recommending BeeXpress.

I first met Ben in 2017 and numerous times between then and now. I was very impressed from the start, and have remained impressed with the honest and efficient service Ben has provided and the perfect fitting of a toilet seat! The real-time tracking so that you can see exactly when Ben will arrive means that you are able to use the time of the appointment efficiently and is far better than a surprise! I have now switched to a service plan as a reflection of the trust for the service that Ben provides. BeeXpress is a business that deserves to be in business and that gives me peace of mind.

A thorough and professional boiler service followed up by a brief verbal report on site and then a more detailed written report subsequently on the same day. On the more administrative side of things - 1st appointment was cancelled by them with short notice and 2nd time there was mixed messaging as to the time of the appointment and inaccurate notification of arrival. Having said that they were easy to contact by phone and responsive to emails. The boiler was "paid for" as part of a monthly service contract payment and overall the service contract seemed reasonable value for money on the basis of a minimum call out requirement once a year plus annual boiler service. Overall and notwithstanding the appointment issues, I would certainly recommend then.

I woke up to no power on a Monday morning caused by a kitchen tap leak tripping the power. Within 24 hours Ben had been to the flat to tighten the joint to prevent further damage, and made an appointment to return to put in a permanent fix within two days. All work was priced beforehand and the quote sent over to be accepted before any work was done, so it was completely clear how much the cost would be. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Reliable as always!

BeeXpress are fantastic. Ben and Chris were excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job properly. Paige and the office team did a fantastic job keeping in touch and making sure everything ran smoothly, which set the tone for a great experience.
