I would thoroughly recommend Ealing Electricians. Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable & always explains how he is going to carry out the work. It doesn't matter the size of the Job, Benjamin is committed to delivering a high standard of quality & service. On this occasion I had a new hob fitted, which he installed very easily. He is neat & tidy with his work & always tidies up afterwards. Whenever you require an electrician look no further than Ealing Electricians.

I woke up to no power at 6.45am on a Saturday morning on a bank holiday weekend and Benjamin called me back 3 minutes after I left him a message and helped me isolate what the issue was and helped fix it over the phone. I didn’t need him to visit but when I need an electrician in the future I will be in touch. So helpful, polite and caring - I’ve already recommended him to my neighbours. His service was faultless.

Benjamin, Harry and Matt (both apprentices) attended my premises to help me with a broken dimmer switch in the kitchen and a total conversion to Warm LED lights (instead of the 13 Halogen bulbs/system I had there. They were super efficient and got the job done promptly. Benjamin has come to my house on a couple of other occasions - once for an outdoor light system and the other time to add an outdoor plug. He is up on all the modern electrical plugs, sockets etc. - who knew you could get programmable dimmer switches? The website is transparent - it shows prices of work, which is unusual in these times. You know what you're in for. I shall definitely use Ealing Electricians again - not only because the work is always excellent - but also to support a local tradesperson. (Shout out to Harry and Matt - thank you for supporting Benjamin!).

The electrics in my house were a mess (inherited from a previous owner). I was very impressed with the service provided by Benjamin Gilbert and his team. It was a major job, but they were completely professional, explained all that was necessary as well as what was not, thorough in all they did. They were polite, charming and worked very neatly. They completely won my trust and I would not consider using anyone else.

We needed several electrical fittings either repaired or replaced at a community centre. Benjamin arrived on time, and reviewed and advised on the best way to proceed with remedial works without incurring unnecessary extra costs. Each task was reviewed and, where appropriate, alternative options were explained, with advice on the best way to proceed. Clear and fair pricing Explained issues and what he was doing as he progressed, instills confidence. Came up with solutions to some of the problems that arose as the work unfolded. Easy to have around working in the house. Highly recommended, I've already booked him to do more work

Benjamin did an electrical test and produced Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) which was clear and thorough, outlining all remedial work. He gave a quotation for the remedial work that included a discount. He carried out the remedial work to a very high standard. He went the extra mile to correct poor quality work that was performed by a ‘cowboy’ electrician. When remedial work was completed, fail codes were removed from the certificate to show full compliance with regulations. Benjamin is very good at managing customer relationships and he is an excellent professional and communicator I highly recommend him and for sure I will use his service in the future.
