Used Bespoke for the first time and very impressed. Large range of blinds to browse through in shop. Maxine most helpful with choice of blind. Didn’t feel under pressure to buy. Excellent communication via email and phone. Fault with blind frame upon delivery. Rectified promptly with minimum fuss.

Maxine and Neil have installed blinds of different types to just about all the windows in our house now. They are lovely people, it’s like a friend calling now, they have benn so many times. I recommend then when ever someone says they need a new blind. Efficient from start to finish.

The work was completed as agreed. From walking into the shop until the final payment both Maxine and Neil could not have been more helpful. We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Bespoke blinds to family and friends. We hope to do business with them in the future.

We were looking for an awning to take the sun off our back yard and large patio door. My wife passes the shop on the school run so she popped in to make enquiries. She came out with lots of helpful advice, a useful idea of what the various options might cost and a feeling that she was dealing with honest folk. She was right. The measuring-up appointment was quick, easy and informative, ordering was easy and the installation went ahead quickly and smoothly at the time and date agreed. Minimum inconvenience, no mess and now we have exactly what we wanted. The manufactured quality of the awning is good, too - I reckon it's going to last us a long time. It wasn't cheap but I'm pretty sure that we'll only be spending money on it once. Of course, it's rained on most days since installation, but when folded away the awning still looks pretty tidy :-) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to my friends.

I have only words of praise about this business. Maxine and Neil are friendly and very professional. Everything went smooth, from the first visit to the store till the fitting of the blinds. Great communication via both email and phone, very good quality custom made blinds and, most important very well fitted.

This is the second time we have used Bespoke Blinds and Poles and we were delighted once again. Maxine in the shop helped us chose the best product (which was not the most expensive one!) fitting was booked in, Das the fitter was wonderfully professional and went the extra mile. I would not go anywhere else for blinds.
