Bespoke Blinds and Poles opened their Sheffield showroom in September 2007.
As shading specialists, Bespoke Blinds and Poles offer blinds, shutters, awnings and external blinds, curtains, curtain rails and poles.

Our showroom offers two service options: book a free consultation, and you are the priority for the duration of your visit. Plan your day in advance, and maximum attention and comfort. Appointments are available 6 days a week, with evenings available 3 days a week

We have used Bespoke Blinds & Poles several times in the past and always regard them as the company to go for. The help that you receive in the showroom is dedicated to your needs. The pre-order visit to the site is reassuring to know that what you have decided on is the right product, that it works in that situation and that it is being prepared to order. The work was carried out as previously agreed. Neil is exceptionally tidy and removed all traces of waste when he finished. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Overall - excellent work.

It was an awkward job fitting vertical blinds and a curtain track to a large bay window but the job was completed with skill and precision. The blinds really enhance the room. We contacted Bespoke Blinds as we were wanting vertical blinds for the two arched windows in our lounge and we were having difficulty in finding a business that could supply such blinds. We visited Maxine in the showroom and discussed our needs and she arranged for Neil to come out to our house to take detailed measurements. Neil came and he actually made a template for our two arched windows to make sure that the curvature was correct as the measurements were slightly different. We are delighted with the service and attention that we received from Maxine and Neil and delighted with the blinds that they have supplied and fitted for us. Highly recommended.

We had great advice enabling us to select the most cost effective ways of achieving our aim of protecting the back of our house from excessive heating and hanging curtains on two windows. All communication was efficient and friendly and the fitters who came to our house were skilled and tidy. They were also kind as they came back to do a small job which we had forgotten to ask them to do on the day. We were also provided with a good recommendation for an experienced person to alter some curtains for us. We would use this company again. For us the price was reasonable.

We were provided with expert advice at our private booked appointment. We ordered curtains for the sitting room and blinds for a bedroom and a bathroom. They showed us a wide variety of styles and fabric explaining the differences. They were pleasant and helpful throughout. They gave us a date for installation when we ordered and kept to it. The installer arrived on time and carried out the work quietly and competently. We are very pleased with the results.

We wish we had found this company sooner and have nothing but praise. We have had five of the Luxaflex Duette blinds fitted which are very sleek and practical for our difficult apartment windows. Maxine was very friendly and welcoming and explained the companies procedures, providing an efficient and prompt quote. The measure was done by Neil who again couldn't have been more friendly and efficient and explained thoroughly what to expect about the product. Apologies-don't recall the fitters name, but couldn't fault him. A deposit is taken on order with the balance due on completion, which is very fair. As soon as our blinds were completed we paid the balance. A nice touch that Maxine contacted to thank us for our prompt payment. Above and beyond and way better than a recent experience we have had with John Lewis. Rest assured if we need more blinds/poles we will be returning to this company.

Original shutters fitted in 2020, we were so pleased with them ( and the company) we ordered an additional one in March 2022. This has been fitted today two weeks ahead of scheduled date. The fitter arrived on time and fitted the shutter in a couple of hours leaving the area clean and tidy and all rubbish removed from site. I would recommend this company, Maxine is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to all the team.

Neil removed the temporary blinds he had fitted in September 2021. (These had been fitted so that my terminally ill partner could return home and be downstairs) They were fitted at very short notice and FOC. Maxine and Neil are a very compassionate couple. They were very happy to help me out during this difficult time. The Luxaflex Duette Blinds were then fitted to my 6 bi-fold doors to enable me to keep this room cosy throughout the winter and to block the Sun, when needed. He also fitted an additional black out Cellular Blind to the en-suite. The jobs were completed as scheduled and to price. I am extremely happy with the performance of the products. Their service and attention to detail is exemplary.

From first visit to the showroom to final fitting, all staff were helpful and efficient. Fitting was carried out at appointed time with fitter following Covid safe procedures, and all surfaces were wiped down by him upon completion. Operation and safety details were explained by him prior to him leaving. All-round friendly and efficient service.
