Bespoke Blinds and Poles opened their Sheffield showroom in September 2007.
As shading specialists, Bespoke Blinds and Poles offer blinds, shutters, awnings and external blinds, curtains, curtain rails and poles.

Our showroom offers two service options: book a free consultation, and you are the priority for the duration of your visit. Plan your day in advance, and maximum attention and comfort. Appointments are available 6 days a week, with evenings available 3 days a week

We have had blinds fitted by Bespoke Blinds and Poles throughout our house over the past few years, the most recent being on Friday 5th November 2021. They are without question one of the best firms we have ever dealt with. We have always had excellent advice from them and their general customer service ticks all the boxes – reliability, quality and value for money. In recent months we have been especially grateful for their conscientious adherence to covid safety rules. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

We needed a new blind for our kitchen and visited the shop in Beauchief to have a look. Maxine was extremely knowledgeable and put us at our ease as she explained the options to us. I had remote controlled blinds fitted in my Living room earlier in the year. I love them so much i now have the same in my hallway. They are elegant, stylish and functional. We had used Bespoke Blinds and Poles in 2018 and 2019, and had been very pleased. We had one final blind required, and this job fell within the Covid period. The entire exercise was managed carefully in ways consistent with the rules. Once we had looked through emailed photos consistent with our colour choice we had a well-ventilated, sole-customers-on-premises, visit to the shop (then allowed). The process of fitting, likewise, met all the rules of masking, gloves, ventilation: all fine. Swift and sensible. Longer delays than one would have preferred - but entirely understandable. Not cheap, but decent value.

Instore selection is excellent and Maxine is very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of her business. The selection and measuring were done quite quickly but then COVID intervened. After several months passed due to all kinds of hold-ups on our part, our blind was ordered and fitting was booked. COVID again intervened and we were in lockdown once more but everything was brilliantly organised by Maxine and Neil to ensure everyone was kept safe. We followed their instructions to the letter and our patio window blind was fitted perfectly, no fuss, no mess, no contact and he even wiped all surfaces he’d come into contact with as he left. I was very impressed by the whole process and would certainly recommend Bespoke Blinds and Poles to anyone.

Excellent service.They fitted Luxaflex blinds for us. We had a few complicated things (double height rooms and arched window) but they came up with good solutions. Site team were friendly, expert and efficient. Communication from Maxine was great, even through lock down. Their price was similar to the ‘special offer discount’ price from a national company. We were looking for an awning to take the sun off our back yard and large patio door. My wife passes the shop on the school run so she popped in to make enquiries. She came out with lots of helpful advice, a useful idea of what the various options might cost and a feeling that she was dealing with honest folk. She was right. The measuring-up appointment was quick, easy and informative, ordering was easy and the installation went ahead quickly and smoothly at the time and date agreed. Minimum inconvenience, no mess and now we have exactly what we wanted. The manufactured quality of the awning is good, too - I reckon it's going to last us a long time. It wasn't cheap but I'm pretty sure that we'll only be spending money on it once. Of course, it's rained on most days since installation, but when folded away the awning still looks pretty tidy :-) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to my friends.

We got Bespoke Blinds and Poles to put in a new rail for our front window, which is HUGE. It's been breaking and difficult to pull closed for many years. We didn't go anywhere else to get our quote, because their reputation is incredible. Now the work is complete, the curtains almost glide closed by themselves! It's a terrific job, and we highly recommend Maxine and Neil for any project like this. We certainly won't be going anywhere else! Thank you.
