I had water leaking into the house in heavy rain. Contacted Brian of BLS. He responded by phone and then visited the next day to inspect and quote for the work. In due course the roofing team came when he said they would and completed the work. I recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.

Contacted BLS through Checkatrade, quick to respond, came to the site to examine my concerns. Came the next day and competed the works. Quick service, great communication and tidy throughout. Very reasonably priced. I will be using again should I require them.

Very pleased with BLS. They provided a quick and accurate estimate, kept me informed of when they could fit me in & left a tidy, clean and watertight roof! Very professional service all round.

I cannot thank Brian and his team enough. Following heavy rain last weekend, I had a major leak. Brain who I have used before on another job, was quick to come out at the agreed time and date. Although this was a small job, due to Brian's expertise he was able to resolve the issue whilst on site, and even better, Brian did not charge me for his inconvenience. Broken concrete on sides roof valleys quoted for with preceding discussion on the option of rebedding. Work done within a couple of weeks, tidy and efficient team. Not necessarily the cheapest but Im confident in the quality of the work, which for roofs is important as its no longer the sort of job within my DIY field. Thank you.

Brian responded quickly to our initial enquiry, making a site visit and giving an estimate. Work scheduled within promised timescale. Undertook the required repairs to the roof,promptly,professionally, efficiently and politely kept us informed as job was progressing. Tidied up after completion of the work. Worthy of recommendation.

I moved into an older house 6 years ago and am gradually improving it bit by bit. The roof needed a fair amount of work - replace the chimney stack flashing, some repointing and completely replacing the old ridge tiles. Contacted Brian on 4th July, he visited 5th July and provided quotation same day. First impressions were very favourable and he was knowledgeable professional and friendly. I agreed the quotation and his men arrived 12th July and spent two days carrying out the required work. His workers were all friendly, polite and hard working. All rubbish was collected and removed. I would happily recommend BLS to anybody else considering roofing companies for their properties.

A very prompt visit by Brian on 7th June in response, to our initial call followed by a cost estimate and an approximate date for starting the work (2 - 3 weeks). This was acceptable to us. Later that week Brian phoned to say work could begin on the morning of Monday 12th! By lunchtime the job had been completed and site cleared. Professional job and friendly staff.
