Again, during the installation of the furniture we take a considerate approach and communicate with all parties to minimise disruption to the clients’ lives.
We understand how important the ’ Bluebell Experience’ is as much as the quality of the furniture. Our clients also value our non-aggressive approach to the sales experience never pursuing the ‘hard sell’.

This is the third job that Bluebell has done for us and it matched the same very high standards as the others. The design and consultation phase was thorough and enjoyable: Bluebell are always flexible when it comes to design changes. Build quality was excellent as usual. The fitting is where it all comes together though and Andy was recall good. Did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Inevitably with a new kitchen project involving several trades, there were a few hitches, but these were always satisfactorily resolved. Overall, very pleased with the result. I'd go back to Bluebell if I want a new bedroom.

Excellent service from Initial contact, planning & fitting. Design gave us lots of alternative clean. Paul involved me from the time he commenced the fit. After previously having a bedroom refurbished by Bluebell we were happy to ask them to design our new kitchen. Bluebell provided an excellent service from start to finish and we are glad we chose them to refit our kitchen. Mike made a home visit to discuss our requirements and offered innovative ideas and suggestions on how the kitchen could be transformed. We were then invited to the Bluebell showroom to view our proposed kitchen layout on a large computer screen. Adjustments were suggested and made and our new kitchen came to life in colour. Once the furniture was made at the Bluebell factory a start date was arranged with a timetable of work to be undertaken. The fitters were friendly, professional, hard working and above all very tidy. The finished kitchen is high quality with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. It looks bright and modern, exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind once or twice. I was most impressed with the service from Bluebell and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I purchased a wardrobe from them and they refused to provide itemised billing. This was not made clear when designing the wardrobe and at the point of having paid the deposit. I felt their customer service was awful because they just were not upfront about their pricing structure. I would not recommend them. The wardrobe delivered was not what I agreed to have done but the quality of materials used were good.

We used Bluebell for out bedroom five years ago, we were very pleased with the professionalism from start to finish, and our requests were carried out cheerfully. Mum had a kitchen done by them a couple of years after this, there were lots of issues during the fit, but again all sorted. The most recent work was a display cabinet in the lounge, and a cabinet to hide meters, all fantastic

I am delighted by the additional Bluebell fitted furniture in my main bedroom. Not only did Bluebell match the existing door finish of 7 years ago, but they devised the perfect system for my needs: A hidden dressing table & a really functional shoe storage. Many thanks too for the upholstered stool to match my curtains. The fitters were excellent, meticulous tradesmen who cleaned up afterwards.

We were recommended to Bluebell by a friend who had had a good experience of dealing with them. From our first meeting with Mike where he drew up our requirements on the CAD to the completion of the job this week nothing has been too much trouble. Mike has made everything seem hassle free and all our communications have been timely and precise. Our fitter was professional and courteous and managed to fit us in quickly as we needed to get our office up and running quickly. They fitted both an office and bedroom wardrobes and the products look excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you are looking for fitted furniture.

We've recently had two sets of furniture fitted into our living room and family room and love them both. The customer service has been great and the quality of workmanship top notch. The service provided by Bluebell has been excellent from start to finish. They recently designed and fitted two bedrooms with furniture for me. Having lived in the same house where the bedroom furniture was all fitted (the master bedroom there was fitted by Bluebell around 12 years earlier) I was moving to a house where there was no fitted bedroom furniture. Stephen visited the property I was buying to take measurements and prepared designs before a moving date had been agreed so that a fitting date could scheduled as early as possible after moving. He also allocated two members of staff to work on the installation so that it could be completed without delay so that we had minimal time without somewhere to keep our clothes. Installation went smoothly and I am delighted with the quality of the furniture that has been supplied. The fitters make sure they leave everything clean and tidy at the end of each day; they arrive punctually and get on with the job and are courteous and considerate. In fact everyone I have dealt with at Bluebell has been helpful throughout and so I have no hesitation in recommending them.
