I am very pleased with the installation. Your two-man team Paul and Steve did a great job. They arrived on time every day, worked non-stop and cleared up carefully. They have my thanks and I give them full marks.

The whole process was faultless from design to demolition of the existing ancient conservatory to the new build. The whole thing took about 5 days with a great bunch of workmen who worked tirelessly in horrendous weather. We now have a fabulous new room overlooking the River Thames which we can enjoy in all weathers. Thanks to everyone involved. Your skill is much appreciated

Happy with the work done especially with the inclement weather. They were tidy afterwards too. The new guttering seems to draw the rain water away much better than before. Pleased with the whole process despite a slight delay from ordering to the work being carried out.

Took more than 3 years to complete the job on my house. More than 60 visits and repairs, management not interested in resolving and not willing to explain to me reasons why it took so long . They even tried to fit window that was about 10 cm smaller - saying expanding foam will work, 8 attempts to install front door only and constant repairs of their own faults and much more failures! No chance to resolve issues with Ombudsman as they are not members of appropriate scheme. Careless, unprofessional, irresponsible. Stay away people

From the initial phone call to Britelite right through to the installation everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us through every stage of the booking.we were kept fully up to date at every stage of the process and delivery date was quicker than we expected. The fitters arrived on time both days despite the journey they had and were excellent they respected our property worked cleanly with dust sheets protecting carpets etc and the quality of their work couldn’t be faulted. Despite the upheaval involved the installation and quality of the windows and fitters couldn’t have been any better.

Britelite made having my new windows so easy. From start to finish the rep was extremely informative which helped me decide on the best product for my home, again the surveyor came and finalised measurements for order and explained the whole fitting process and finally the fitters were great, fast meticulous, left everything clean and tidy and very friendly. I had no concerns having them in my house at all. As a trade muself i am always quite critical of other people working in my house but i cannot find fault at all with Britelite. Would 100% recommend them to any of my customers and have already.

The project was to rip out old conservatory, decking, fish pond and crazy paving and replace with a new conservatory and patio. After some chasing for a start date the job was completed to my great satisfaction. Nick the sales/designer provided the initial reassuring communication and design ensuring the surveyor provided accurate measurements. Lee, the groundwork building services professional worked hard and diligently on all aspects of the job. He was knowledgeable, informative and polite. He faced a few challenges but battled on and showed resilience to overcome them. Tim and Charlie rapidly installed the upper conservatory in an expert manner. They even fixed a couple of issues so went the extra mile. Plumbers Joe/Alex, plasterer Chris and electrician Rob were equally highly efficient. The project was handled well by Matt and Louis in the Britelite management team and overall provided an excellent customer experience. I would recommend Britelite as a trusted company and one that I will turn to again in the future. Thank you.

Phil installed my window and back door for Britelite ,and was highly competent, experienced, and efficient. He was also friendly and chatty and cleared up well after the job was completed.
