We haven't had to replace a boiler before so this was all new to us. Browns Heating was excellent and helped guide us through the process. We researched high-rated boilers on Which and a rough idea of what we wanted. This was also the boiler that Browns Heating recommended (Worcester Bosch 4000). The new boiler and Wifi thermostat (Bosch Easy Control) were installed in 1 day. All the pipework looks very tidy and neat. As the house had quite old radiators we chose the Magna Flush so that any rust or debris that came off the inside of the old radiators would not be stuck in the pipes. We will replace the radiators in the near future. The paperwork for the guarantee and gas safe certificate arrived not long after the installation. I couldn't rate Brown's Heating any higher. Really great guidance, experts at what they do and very good to work with. Thank you.

Had a new boiler installed. Jamie is very friendly, professional, and his workmanship is impeccable. Explained clearly how the system works. All the carpets were fully protected and left the site as he found it.

I had work carried out to initially fix a boiler, and later also to replace an old boiler with a new one. I must say that the response and help received from the plumber Jamie was remarkable. Myself and father had a very positive experience with helpful, courteous, and responsive communication, and we are very pleased with the work. Jamie was responsible for 2 big jobs at our house as part of a bigger refurbishment. 1) He installed central heating on the ground floor. 2) Ran a new water main from the front door to the kitchen. He was so down-to-earth, friendly, flexible and efficient. The new radiators look brilliant, the work has been so neatly and considerately done and he was always quick and punctual. Jamie's quote was the lowest one we got and he didn't offer brow beating 'some plumbers will tell you this, but I would never do it' advice. He couldn't have been better.

It took us 5 months of trying to find a reliable, responsive, professional and skilled heating engineer having moved homes. Jamie is all of the above. I called him on recommendation and he promptly booked us in for a quote and then for the works to be carried out. So many heating engineers deemed the job too tricky and complex.. we needed a huge water tank removed and the washing machine moved downstairs and a whole new combi boiler installed. It took Jamie 3 days to complete. Best heating engineer I have ever come across and will certainly be recommending him!

Jamie fitted a new combi boiler to replace my old conventional boiler. He also upgraded the gas pipe from the meter. This was a difficult job as it meant taking up floorboards. He worked tirelessly and got the job completed on time. He has a great attitude to his work and was never defeated by the various issues that arose during this installation. He removed the old water tanks from the loft and he even hoovered up when he was finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie for his outstanding work and will definitely use him again when necessary.

We've used Jamie from Browns several times now, and each time he's been professional, given good advice and sorted out issues efficiently. Most recently he with another person replaced a combi boiler and installed a smart thermostat. He was patient with getting me set up on the system and tidied up perfectly after the work was finished, despite it being a big job. When he switched the water back on, he even refilled the kettle as he could see I was waiting for a cup of tea, which was a thoughtful thing to do! Will definitely use again, pleased to have found him on Trusted Traders, and happy to recommend him to others.

Very pleased with the finished work. The scope of work for the boiler removal and replacement was clearly detailed and explained. All my queries were given good explanation e.g. location of magnetic filter which would get in the way of the new dishwasher, and also merits of remote control of the boiler using Hive; and routing of the condenser pipe. The job was completed within the day and the premises were left clean and tidy. The follow up included registration of the boiler with the Manufacturer. The guarantee duly arrived a few days later. I would happily recommend Jamie as a reliable and competent engineer.
