My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We have used Bumblebee for the past 3 years now since we lived in Warrington. Every time the service has been fantastic, the team explain everything before and after the service is done. They even talked through why some rooms were hotter than others and recommendations as to how to resolve this. I would highly recommend them, in fact I have and several neighbours now use them.

The boiler had been serviced some months ago but having kept the heating off for sometime it would not connect to the remote boiler control. A quick call to the office and Steve was here in 5 minutes. Box opened and in five minutes I am back up and running. These guys are amazing. Don’t use anyone else. They are polite, on time, don’t overcharge, clean and efficient. Why go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone.

Upgrade of radiators

Andy and his colleague replaced 5 radiators and installed a Hive system to our existing system. We were informed fully from the initial contact, quotation and date for work to be carried out. The work was completed and fully explained to my husband and I. Despite our house currently being somewhat of a building site due to other works the guys left there areas tidy and clean. Thank you and I will definitely recommend Bumblebee.

Our Boiler stopped working leaving for work and they were there before lunch. Everything fixed and given a clean bill of health. Very polite and professional engineer visited who took extra care to ensure everything was perfect and left with a smile. Outstanding service. Cannot recommend anyone more than Bumblebee.

Broken down boiler

Our boiler broke down over the weekend, Bumblebee were quick to respond and got an engineer to us on Monday. Paul was polite and explained what problems he may be looking for. After a process of elimination he discovered the wiring to the thermostat was causing the issue. He isolated that thermostat and now we have our heating and hot water working. We do need an electrician to come and supply a new cable, but this would be outside of Bumblebees scope of work. Would definitely recommend.

NEW COMBI BOILER

We arranged for Bumblebee to fit a new combi boiler to replace our old-fashioned unit. The engineers arrived as planned, prepared for the work, ensuring no damage was done to carpets, and proceeded to complete the work as planned over 2 days, The job was finished promptly and to our satisfaction. No heat coming through upstairs radiator. James came fixed stuck valve, which he explained sometimes happens when not used over long summer. All fine. Worth taking a plan out.
