We carry out all types of building work but we specialise in
PROPERTY INSURANCE CLAIMS
We will survey your property and do a detailed scope including photos to your insurance company. We will liaise on your behalf with your Insurance Company and their Loss Adjusters
We will then carry out the repairs.
If you have, or are about to make an insurance claim, please call us.
We will invoice your insurers for the works carried out. Policy excess may apply.
Our mission is to take away the STRESS from an insurance claim.

I can't praise these guys enough. I had a fine water leek which destroyed the kitchen before I realised it. They handled the claim and I never heard from the insurance company or loss adjuster. Brilliant. Then their work in putting it right was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Fully recommend them to do a great job and keep the insurance company out of your hair.

These guys are great. They refurbished my kitchen following a damaging water leak and handles all the insurance claim on my behalf. I never had to speak to the insurance company and they were the only quote I needed. They then did the work to a high standard. I am really pleased.

What can I say about these guys, it's the second time I've used them and once again their service has been outstanding, communications along the way, faultless. We've had a water ingress issue so having used Concept before I had no second thoughts about who to ask for help. As it turned out, the issue did not qualify for an insurance claim so Concept diagnosed the cause but did not actually make on the job. They really do care about doing a good job regardless and are certainly not in the business to overcharge or rip people off. Thank you Colin and Bernie.

Colin and Bernie made a stressful situation, much less so. They made an assessment of the damage in my bathroom and took over all the communication with the insurer on my behalf. This helped tremendously and things moved a lot quicker than I could ever have managed myself. Colin was always quick to reply to messages and kept me fully informed along the way. He also dealt with any concerns I had. Would highly recommend them.
