John and his team did a brilliant job. They were able to come at short notice and fix a whole range of issues in one go. They were extremely efficient, effective, helpful and friendly. Would whole-heartedly recommend to others.

I was delighted. responded quickly to my request for service, made an appointment timely, turned up on time, did the job quickly explained what was going on and different options for rectifying. all now sorted. was an exceptionally good initial quote for the job, which did slightly make me wonder but it turned out as good as could possibly be expected and really really good value. John has successfully tackled every problem that I've thrown at him (plumbing jobs, repairs etc) - he works efficiently and to a high standard, at very reasonable rates. He also gives thorough explanations of what he's doing, which helps a lot. In my experience of tradesmen in London these qualities are extremely rare. I highly recommend.

John got back to me within minutes of calling me. Explained washing machine was not draining and that it was a new machine. John was really helpful in offering some trouble shooting tips and patient when explaining to me what I could do. Suggested I call him back if problem persists-which it did. He came a short time later and was able to assess the job quickly. Was duly able to sort out problem. John is a very friendly, professional and helpful tradesman. He gave me additional tips which were related to the problem and general maintenance - even fixing the feet that had not been put in by delivery men. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. John and his assistant unblocked my very blocked sink/waste pipe yesterday. He was brilliant - he explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond by replacing a broken washer and then tightening and sealing the pipe. Originally he thought he couldn't unblock the blockage but again was very helpful in suggestions of who to contact but eventually after much work he did unblock it. I would defintely use him again (booking him to re-grout my shower and have other jobs I will ask him to do already!) and I would throughally recommend him. It's really great to now know I have a local handyman who is reliable, don't have to wait ages to get an appoitment with and is the best priced handyman I have come across in my 5 years in being here in Bow.

John and his team fixed a long list of more than 10 items including a broken shower, varnishing and placing a handrail, redoing grouting, repairing broken handles, painting walls and more. All the work was of very good quality, all issues were dealt with well including some particularly awkward jobs where John took considerable trouble to find appropriate fixings and gave good advice. The team did more work than I'd initially asked for without charging more and were a pleasure to deal with, punctual, conscientious and polite. I would highly recommend John and his team. The daily rate is very good value for money.

John and his apprentice provided a very honest and reliable service. They explain everything very clearly, gave us instructions so we could save some money and even followed up our work through telephone post-customer service! Simply amazing!
