Needed 3 large double glazed windows replacing. Quote was very acceptable and 4 weeks later the windows were fitted. 1st class service from everyone at Castle Widows. The fitters were very professional and cleaned up well after the work was completed. Great service all round. Thank you

We chose Castle Windows to replace our windows and doors after getting a few quotes for the work. Castle were the easiest to deal with from start to finish. They were punctual, friendly and professional and kept us informed throughout. Very pleased with the ned result and the service etc. A really good experience all round.

From first contact to last this company was professional, friendly and efficient. Carl visited and showed us the actual windows (models of) and the finished article on the TV screen. Carl made suggestions that we had not thought of to improve the look of our home and we are so pleased we took his advice. Very fairly priced and agreed there and then. No haggling, no "phoning the manager for a discount type of sales pitch", no pressure. The fitting was approx. 6 weeks later and the fitters were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few tiny snagging issues, however they were remedied extremely quickly. Would highly recommend this very competitively priced team of individuals.

Carl from Castle Windows Midlands Ltd came to do a quote for us to do our back windows and new conservatory, as they had 4 years previously done our front windows, bathroom, and two new doors. We are very pleased to recommend Castle Windows. Firstly, we met Carl who went through our options to suit the style of the house and adjusted things to fit around the obstacles we have, as well as fire escape safety. He also showed us what they would look like on our house via his computer, which was very reassuring. The price he gave us was superb compared to other companies we had looked at. Our windows and front door were fitted on the day and time he said, with ease and professional expertise. The window fitters were very pleasant and knowledgeable, they tidied up and took away all the rubbish. The end result is a transformation, from old brown, leaded 1980s windows to fancy, modern ones that look amazing, open with ease and allow for escape in a fire but are also secure and well made.
