Carl from Castle Windows Midlands Ltd came to do a quote for us to do our back windows and new conservatory, as they had 4 years previously done our front windows, bathroom, and two new doors. We were so happy with the quote and we are absolutely happy with the work carried out by his team Josh and Billy, who were very polite, friendly and very competent in their job, any time I came to ask about anything they would take the time to explain what was happening and why etc. Honestly, if your considering having any work done and your worried, then don't be, use this company and you will be 100% happy, you can get in touch with Carl if needed (we didn't have to) and he will be happy to answer any questions or problems you have. We are very pleased to recommend Castle Windows. Firstly, we met Carl who went through our options to suit the style of the house and adjusted things to fit around the obstacles we have, as well as fire escape safety. He also showed us what they would look like on our house via his computer, which was very reassuring. The price he gave us was superb compared to other companies we had looked at. Our windows and front door were fitted on the day and time he said, with ease and professional expertise. The window fitters were very pleasant and knowledgeable, they tidied up and took away all the rubbish. The end result is a transformation, from old brown, leaded 1980s windows to fancy, modern ones that look amazing, open with ease and allow for escape in a fire but are also secure and well made.

Highly recommend, quality products installed by a great team, Ben and Billy, arrived on time introduced themselves were polite and professional throughout and all rubbish and old windows taken away.

From ordering the doors from Carl, ( great guy ) very knowledgeable about the products they do, to them being fitted the service has been excellent, we were informed when the fitting and time would be and got a text message a week before with a reminder ( very helpful ) we have used castle windows 3 times in the past for new triple glazing windows, replacement glass, a porch, gutters etc, and we will definitely be using them again as they are our first point of call, the fitters are very professional and friendly and always clear up after themselves, we couldn’t be any happier with the service, we highly recommend them.

Castle Windows built my conservatory four years ago. I was so pleased with the result that they were the only company I approached for a quote to fit replacement windows and additional glass to the porch. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options with me. He was able to show me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house on the TV screen, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, because I was a returning customer - which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract and fitting date. I was sent a reminder of the fitting one week before. On both days of the fitting the two lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly and made an excellent job. They put a dust sheet down to cover my stair carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to open the windows to be able to clean the external glass. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from start to finish.

Needed a replacement for our old doors onto the balcony. Rang Castle Windows who we have now used countless times and are always impressed with the quality of the windows, and the professionalism & quality of work of the installers. Carl came to measure up at the time agreed, measured up and arranged a time to suit me. Good communication with the office to confirm the appointment, installers arrived on time, very clean and tidy workers, very happy with the finished product. On initial quote, Carl was professional and listened to what we required, nothing was too much trouble. Nathan and Alan who completed the 3 day work on our house was competent, professional at all times and tidied any mess at the end of the day. They worked in difficult weather conditions to complete within timelines and we really appreciated their work ethic. We are over the moon happy with the new windows and doors.
