Jack serviced our Viessman boiler yesterday. Punctual, professional, polite and genial as always. Charles and Jack installed our boiler and have serviced it ever since. Very satisfied with their work and subsequent annual service of the boiler. Have no hesitation recommending this team.

Fabulous new hot water system

Charles spoke us through this project clearly and addressed the concerns we had and sent us a quote within days. Jack arrived at 8.30am on the day stated and worked non-stop during the hottest week we have had. Polite, pleasant young man who kept us aware of every step of the job. All our radiators were removed and disposed of and on one day he was joined by another pleasant young man Bam. On the last day (and one of the hottest) Jack removed the old immersion heater system and installed the new hot water system and all the necessary piping plus he had to go up into our loft to remove the tank. This took all day, how he managed it in that heat. He then explained to us how the new system works, checked every radiator and every tap. All the debris was removed, carpets hoovered. An unpleasant experience (I hate disruption) was made much less stressful and would recommend Jack and Bam to anyone. We are so pleased we now have a good hot water flow where once it trickled.

My boiler had failed completely and Charlie responded very quickly giving expert advice and options on the different boiler systems which helped me make the right decision along with replacing the copper immersion heater tank, and Jack made a good swift clean job of it all, so I can highly recommend this company.

He provided a competitive quote for the boiler replacement, which, along with the great customer service, made it easy for us to choose who to go with. Jack arrived, and we experienced the same wonderful customer service. He explained everything, installed and cleaned up everything afterwards. Great service all round. We have been using Charles Bickham’s company for over 15 years from installing a new en-suite and new cloakroom to repositioning a new kitchen boiler and replacing radiators. Recently they have replaced two new showers and waste outlet. We annually have our boiler serviced at a most reasonable cost. On every occasion Charlie and particularly Jack have carried out the work in a professional way. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a highly skilled and efficient company in all aspects of plumbing and heating.

Excellent boiler removal and installation

Charles provided a detailed quote with each option we discussed priced up. He sent his engineer Jack and his apprentice to complete the work. They spent 2 days removing and installing a new boiler, removed old tanks and a shower pump. They explained what they were doing when and took the time to explain how the boiler worked at the end. Highly recommend.
