Viessmann boiler leak

Two Viessmann 45kW working in tandem. One sprang big leak. Never dealt with Charles Bickham before. Response was way quicker than anyone else. Super friendly, very efficient service engineer arrived bang on time. Job sorted. Huge relief. Feel like we've discovered someone we can really trust. Next service booked with Bickham.

Failing boiler replaced with a new one. Installation went to plan / quote, very professional & friendly engineer. I was kept informed at all stages of the work. Engineer took the time to explain features of the new system and setting up the Hive control system. Everything was left clean and tidy - A good experience, I would use this company again!

Installation of a new boiler in the kitchen of first floor flat.

The engineer arrived on time at 8-30 and placed protective mats in the work area, preparation to remove the existing old boiler. The engineer made adaptions to the existing services in preparation to connect the new boiler, and the whole process was carried out in accordance with the quotation. On completion the relevant instruction manuals were provided, and the site was left clean.

Charles Bickham provided a friendly and reliable service. The Veissmann boiler system is really efficient and I like the fact that I can control everything from an app on my phone. Charles is able to control my system remotely if anything should go wrong. The ten year guarantee is also a bonus. Charles has answered all my queries post installation. I am one happy customer.

Replaced a 30 year boiler with a great replace Viesmann, improved the water pressure from system boiler to mains pressure unvented boiler. Heating great and more efficient, and water pressure excellent. No issues and well done!

Charlie installed our boiler a few years ago with his cheerfullness and attention to detail and overcame some problems with previous plumbing work, nothing is to much trouble or diffiicult, he tackles every problem with cheerfullness and proffessionally. Since then he has serviced the boliler every year, always punctuallly. I would recommend Charles Bickham Plumbing and Heating to anyone who wants a first rate job done with a very pleasant helpful team.

Fabulous new boiler
Charles came to give a quote, which I was more than satisfied with…. My old boiler gave up the ghost after over 20yrs…..! An assessment was done, including boiler , adjustments to the flue new pipe work under the sink…. Amazing service, cleaning up as going along, took most of the day, but so happy to have water and heat, never more appreciated I can tell you…..! Thank you….. Liz C

2 new boilers in my rental flats

I met Charles at the flats to review the boiler's condition and it was agreed they were on their last leg - over 15 years old so he provided a very competitive quotation for the replacement of the 2 old boilers with Viessman Vitodens condensing hydrogen ready boilers. Only 2 weeks later Charles colleague Jack arrived and he completed the work over 2 days which was excellent. The tenants were not inconvenienced in any way. All the compliance documentation was supplied within 24 hours. A 5 star service. Thank you

We needed a very old cast iron Rayburn (providing range cooking, hot water and central heating) removed and replaced with a new boiler as part of a kitchen renovation. It became clear during the renovations that we would need a new hot water cylinder and that complication was dealt with smoothly. Installation was carried out within the agreed time and to a high standard, communication was good and Charlie checked with us that everything was satisfactory before submitting his bill. I would feel completely confident in asking Charlie and Jack to take on any heating and plumbing work on our property.
