Steve and his team have just completed a complete refit of our en suite shower room. We had used Steve around 15 years ago for a different bathroom and decided to go back to him again as the other bathroom still looks great! The team were reliable, polite, always on time and very helpful and easy to deal with. The fact that the team were able to carry out the work on the original date was impressive - especially as the bathroom supplier went out of business the week before - meaning that all our goods had to be resourced by Steve at short notice. We also had a couple of other non related issues while they were here that they very kindly helped out with. We are delighted with the finished bathroom and would definitely use Steve again.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job replacing our bathroom. They were on time, on schedule and on budget. They were polite, clean and considerate. So easy share space with while the tear out and re-fit was taking place. They had a good attention to detail and gave thoughtful advice about the placement of fixtures and layout of tiles. We are very pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used CBS before, when Steve & team remodelled our old bathroom and created a new downstairs Loo. I gave a 5* review then (about 3 years ago) and we happily re-engaged them in April this year (2026) to remodel the loft shower room. As before, the team laid down covers to protect our carpets and the area & stairs, and they hoovered and mopped up at the end of every day. This very professional team are a delight to work with (thank you Steve, Danny & Lee) and we are delighted with the end result! We fully recommend Chigwell Bathroom Services.

We can’t speak highly enough of the work Steve, Dan and Lee did for us when installing our en suite. They turned up at the times they said they would and kept us informed throughout the installation, giving us options on how we could have certain things placed. They ripped out the old suite and made sure that everything was removed and taken away on the same day. In addition, they ensured that they swept and washed the floors every day. Everything was covered sufficiently (carpets and wooden flooring) to avoid any unnecessary mess. We’re so pleased with the way the en-suite now looks and have already happily recommended it to 2 of our friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do so if anyone asked us for a referral. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we wanted our main bathroom done. A massive thumbs up from us!

Steve and his team have done a fantastic job refurbishing our bathroom. The standard of work is exceptional! Steave and hs team ensured the work started and completed on time and under budget ! The finishing and ttention to details is fantastic! Steve also took time during the design phase to advice on key areas of to make the design practical and maintenance easy! Steve also went out of his way to make time to replace our 3 port valve and solve out ot water tank issues when another company kept pushing us around cancelling our appointment. A huge thank you to the Team!

Steve Dan and Len did an absolutely brilliant job of my en suite. The workmanship was to the highest standard and they completed the job on time and on budget. From start to finish they offered support and advice so many decisions needed to be made and they were just great! They were a pleasure to have in my home a happy helpful team who every day when they left swept and even washed the floors! Steve, Danny and the team were an absolute pleasure to have fitting our new bathroom. We had planned getting the work done for a long time and so it was important to us that the level of finish matched the investment we had made in fittings. From start to finish they did a fantastic job, “treating the house like our own”. They were on time every day, reorganised when deliveries were not on time, and have even stopped by to make sure everything is working as it should. We are already planning how we can get them involved in our next renovations.

Look no further! Chigwell Bathroom Services are the guys for you! Steve and his crew were brilliant in gutting my old bathroom and installing a new one: bath, tiles, sink, pipework, cupboards and electrics. I cannot praise them enough. They treated the house with care and attention, placing thick cling film on the stairs and landing to prevent stains, dust, etc. They even swept and mopped everything each evening before leaving. I must mention Dan, the tiler, he was excellent. All the seams and grouting were geometrically opposite on opposing walls, laid at 90 degree angles with aid of a clever laser device. In summary: truly great work with a professionally finish and very highly recommended!

Stephen and team undertook a total renovation of our family bathroom, which entailed completely gutting the previous bathroom, pipework and wiring and starting from scratch. The team ran to time and consulted me every step of the way, including highlighting issues that were discovered at the start of the project- and could not have been known prior to the works starting. The project finished on budget and to an extremely high quality of finish. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team, indeed a family member now has a bathroom project booked in on the back of our installation. Stephen is totally transparent in his pricing and you are paying a fair rate for what are skilled tradespeople, who will deliver a high quality finish. Our property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, which cannot be underestimated with a young family.
