Steve Dan and Len did an absolutely brilliant job of my en suite. The workmanship was to the highest standard and they completed the job on time and on budget. From start to finish they offered support and advice so many decisions needed to be made and they were just great! They were a pleasure to have in my home a happy helpful team who every day when they left swept and even washed the floors! So pleased I chose them to do the work don’t look any further you won’t beat Steve and his team.

Steve, Danny and the team were an absolute pleasure to have fitting our new bathroom. We had planned getting the work done for a long time and so it was important to us that the level of finish matched the investment we had made in fittings. From start to finish they did a fantastic job, “treating the house like our own”. They were on time every day, reorganised when deliveries were not on time, and have even stopped by to make sure everything is working as it should. We are already planning how we can get them involved in our next renovations.

Look no further! Chigwell Bathroom Services are the guys for you! Steve and his crew were brilliant in gutting my old bathroom and installing a new one: bath, tiles, sink, pipework, cupboards and electrics. I cannot praise them enough. They treated the house with care and attention, placing thick cling film on the stairs and landing to prevent stains, dust, etc. They even swept and mopped everything each evening before leaving. I must mention Dan, the tiler, he was excellent. All the seams and grouting were geometrically opposite on opposing walls, laid at 90 degree angles with aid of a clever laser device. In summary: truly great work with a professionally finish and very highly recommended!

Stephen and team undertook a total renovation of our family bathroom, which entailed completely gutting the previous bathroom, pipework and wiring and starting from scratch. The team ran to time and consulted me every step of the way, including highlighting issues that were discovered at the start of the project- and could not have been known prior to the works starting. The project finished on budget and to an extremely high quality of finish. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team, indeed a family member now has a bathroom project booked in on the back of our installation. Stephen is totally transparent in his pricing and you are paying a fair rate for what are skilled tradespeople, who will deliver a high quality finish. Our property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, which cannot be underestimated with a young family.

The guys were courteous, trustworthy and professional in all their dealings with us. We were able to give the keys of the house to Steve and go away whilst the work was done, safe in the knowledge there would be no issues. There were no surprises. The quote did not change and the job was started on the agreed date and finished in the timescale Steve said at the outset. They were extremely tidy, ensuring the house was cleaned each night. Steve, Danny and Dave did a fantastic job together. They were like a well oiled machine working diligently and efficiently. Further more they were lovely guys and were so easy to have in our house which is fantastic when you're having work done with disruption. We have no doubts about recommending Chigwell Bathrooms Services, who recently completed a new bathroom & also a new downstairs loo Steve organised the whole process & after choosing our equipment at Fayer's Just Add Water showrooms ( guided by the knowledgeable Chris ), we agreed a start date. On the first day Steve & his team arrived and set to covering up our hall & stairs with protective plastic covering. Only then did the team ( Steve plus Danny & Lee & Dave) started work removing the existing bathroom & separate loo. The area was combined to provide a walk-in shower, sink, loo & bath. We are delighted with the quality of the work. In addition to the core team, Steve brought in additional specialists (plasterer, electrician & carpenter) as required. Everyone who came to the house was unfailingly polite & friendly, and helpful and the project ended on time! We can wholeheartedly recommend Chigwell Bathrooms Service

We cannot speak more highly of the Chigwell Bathroom Services. Steve and his team were great in completely refurbishing our ensuite bathroom. They are a most professional team and we are 100% satisfied. On arrival, the first day, they protected all our carpets with protective covering and each night everything was mopped and cleaned before they left. Great Bathroom Refurb
From the moment of first contact I was impressed with Steve's professional approach and punctuality. This gave me confidence that he and his team at CBS were the right choice for my complex bathroom refurb. I was not wrong. A top job from start to finish. Planning, design and execution all first class. The link with Fayers for design and supply works well. All the staff employed worked efficiently, were polite and left the site clean everyday. The result was a stunning modern bathroom. Extremely pleased and would thoroughly recommend.

After a little research we found CBS via a recommendation from ‘Fayers’ Easy process from start to finish really. Our particular design/layout (of the bathroom) was met satisfactorily and Steve and his team worked their magic and made it a reality for us! We now have a beautiful bathroom and taking a shower is a pleasure in such harmonious surroundings. As a team, all of the tradesmen who worked on this project were very professional, friendly, polite and took the time to listen and provide suggestions, as and when required. Can’t fault their expertise and punctuality! And . . . . good fun in the process - it was a pleasure to make tea and offer biscuits for/to them. CBS made an excellent job of upgrading my existing outdated shower enclosure. After my initial contact, Steve responded very quickly and arrived on time to give me a quote. A date and time was agreed to start the work and the guys arrived on time everyday. I was impressed with how they took the time and care to cover and protect furniture and floors before starting work and how everything was left spotless when they left. There were a couple of hidden challenges which cropped up during the installation and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and the work was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. I would definitely recommend CBS and will not hesitate to use them again.

Steve and team completed 3 bathrooms for us earlier in the year and we were delighted with them, so when we were let down by insurance contractors who refused to complete work as it wasn’t like for like, we asked Steve if they would take the work on. The work involved replacing a cloakroom, walls and floors in 2 rooms, tiling the hallway, replacing wooden floors, fitting underfloor heating and decorating all rooms (all work to remediate flood damage). The team did a fantastic job again and we are really happy with the result. As before, the house was left clean and tidy every night and cleaned up beautifully at the end. A lovely team to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

On meeting Steve at the outset I was impressed with the way he handled us and the way he explained the job. From the day that Steve and the team arrived it was clear we had engaged a quality top-end outfit who were intent on delivering a fantastic bathroom. From the way his team covered all of the open areas of flooring and the bedroom it certainly gave us confidence in the process and I have to say that the end product looks absolutely first-class. Steve, arrived when he said he would (8am) make sure all areas protected and carried out the upgrades. Over the past 30 plus years we have carried out numerous bathroom updates and wish we had known about Steve and his company then. Can’t praise him or the quality of his work high enough-just excellent- site left spotless every night even had his own hoover and all within budget. The finished work was perfect in all respects and would recommend him to anyone, in fact we have rebooked him for another bathroom improvement and look forward to having him back very soon.
