About
I have a passion for re-pointing brickwork that was passed down by my father who spent fifty years plying his trade. I was lucky enough to spend ten of those years, until his retirement, and six years since, working with him, learning traditional techniques and skills needed to carry out effective, tidy work, sympathetic to the buildings needs and requirements.
I have experience working on a variety of different properties including houses, perimeter walls, churches, schools, chimneys, fire places and interior walls.
Working with my customers I aim to provide a reliable, friendly service and a clear explanation of the work and procedures involved.

We were let down at short notice by another repointer and Dan went out of his way to step in to help us out. We asked Dan to repoint a 150 year old wall in our garden and repair a modern, rendered wall. It may sound silly - but I have never admired a wall so much in my life! Dan did a really great job - he really cared about the attention to detail, gave us lots of options to make sure we were happy with the finish and was a real joy to work with. It was a really competitive price compared to other quotes we got and we're really happy with the result. Highly recommended!
