We used Dang for a major upgrade of our electrics and were delighted with the work. The work was a mix of some necessary stuff (like replacing worn-out switches, putting in a proper consumer unit) and some optional stuff (like putting new spotlights in the kitchen, installing new sockets, and putting proper lighting in the loft). Michael was so professional (and patient) in talking us through our options and helping us make sensible and cost-effective choices. Three things really impressed us. One was the friendliness and courtesy shown by Michael and Nat at all times - it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Another was the effort they put in to minimise unavoidable damage - electrical work necessarily involves some taking up floors and cutting into walls, but they found great workarounds to protect the most expensive flooring and limit cutting to the minimum. And the third was the quality of the final result which was superb. They put a lot of effort into testing the work and checking with us that it did what we needed and wanted it to do. With the external door light, for example, we really appreciated the effort not just to get the sensors right but also to repair the damage to the brickwork done by the old lamp. A great job. I was impressed with Dang from the first phone call. They team is friendly, responsive, great at communicating, efficient and the electricians are obviously very, very good at their jobs. I had an EICR carried out, a replacement board fitted and some pendant lights replaced. The work was finished to a high standard, they didn't leave any mess and I felt totally comfortable having them in my house. Michael made a point of managing my expectations throughout. He explained what was happening and why which meant that I felt educated and included. I received the EICR and EIC within a few days. They filed the work with my local authority so I received a building regs certificate of compliance within a few days, too. Booking the job, confirming costs and paying the invoice were straightforward processes. They were competitively priced and clear about costs from the start. No nasty surprises. I honestly can't recommend Dang enough. It was a reassuring and refreshing experience!

Used Dang Electrical to first survey the property and then do extensive remedial and additional work (new sockets, consumer board replacement, fix issues with old wiring, replaced light fittings with fire versions). Very happy with the work done, professional and timely service.
