About

Gaining over 20 years of experience working with CCTV in the retail industry, I established Decota in 2014 (originally named Secure Home CCTV) it was grown organically using only customer recommendations and the business experienced steady, gradual growth in its first 3 years. In 2018 it was time to grow the business further and it was re-branded ‘Decota’ ready for its online presence.

We now install, upgrade, service, and maintain CCTV systems for Domestic, Retail & Commercial premises, including system 'take-overs'.

I found decota through checkatrade. I required 2 security cameras for the front and rear of my house. Dean came to check out what the job required doing and gave me a quote. He explained all the work that needed doing and gave me a date for it to be done. Dean came back on the date he said and did a perfect job, he was a true professional and very friendly. He told me that if I had any problems at all to let him now and emailed me my invoice!. Dean?s work was clean and tidy, I recommended Dean to my friend who was also impressed with his work.

Dean was tidy, efficient and friendly. He took the time to explain everything after. Dean is really good with his job. Left the place clean and tidy. Was very happy with the work carried out. Dean did not rush the appointment, he was engaging and took his time and there were no pushy sales at the beginning.

cctv 4 channel NVR.3 X 6MP dome cameras.Dean was exellent. Fitted cameras and spent time getting us used to the app. . was prepared to spend as much time as nessacary until we were comfortable using the kit.Neat and tidy and pleasant.
